Thanks Cato, I merged them. Guys remember to check to see if a recommendation thread exists for the lady before starting a new one. (Only one thread per lady please)

thanks moonshine, I wonder if that would discourage indexing of a site. I will have to research that more. anyone notice a speed increase today? we optimized the server a lot and got memcached (caching system) running on two servers... well.

Yes, it was sorted alphabetically but that was taking up huge levels of system resources so I made it random. The search engines SPIDER your site (These bots are knows as crawlers or index spiders) bing seams to ABUSE this with 100+ at any given time. These spiders make your listings on the search engines and I am just having the system monitor (Benchmark) how much resources these spiders are using.

Still working on it all....

TESTING - Server Update - Fixing broken stuff

Yes, it chews up a LARGE portion of the system resources (especially at peek times) I have been trying to find out why. This is the busiest time on the site and it really bogs down. To make matters worse we have 160+ search engine spiders on the site last night (over 100 from bing.com) and it was really kicking the crap out of the page load times. Like I mentioned I have a meeting thursday (Tomorrow) with a friend who should be able to assist me in getting this running better during peek times. It was, it was being abused and the only logical thing was to remove it. -

Update: As of today one of the missing components (Memcached) is now running so the page load times just got MUCH faster. I have an appointment on Thursday afternoon with a friend who is going to assist me in getting xcache and lighthttpd running as well (I hope) and do some other optimization work for us with the database so... We may have some down time between 3pm and 9pm EST. I have been monitoring it and with a peak so far of 1,388 people on the site and .16 load and pages seam to be loading quick so this is a HUGE improvement already. A week ago we would be at a load of 6+ with this many users and at least a 14 second page load delay. -
When you get that "Feeling" use tineye.com and if you find the photo on a whack of sites... chances are it's fake. Look at the sites... if they are polish or Russian sites... or porn sites, etc... you pretty much know you have a faker. If so send me over the link to tineye and report it. (I don't scan every new photo on tineye - that is left up to you all)

GET ME A BUCKET!!! I watched it. Did anyone notice Matt Frewer was in it? I never noticed that before. He was the office guy who jumped out the window. For those who don't know who Matt Frewer is ... He was Max Headrom in the 80's (Recently he played in Eureka and Alice) The classroom with the fold out bed ... I so want that bad in my spare bedroom! OMG that would be funny! -

delete your cookies and come back in. anyone who accessed the site during the migration has a cookie from the ip address and not the cerb.ca cookie... this causes a conflict so you need to delete all cookies and log back in. -

Well.. I got a lot of the bugs worked out. The server load balancing is working now so we should see improvements, the DNS is fully resolved so that will help a lot. A number of the photos are still messed up but the photo upload is working good on both the albums and the recommendations. The site seams to be loading much faster then earlier. I still think it can be faster still... but seeing that 700 members are currently using the site and none of the servers are even breaking a sweat and the pages are loading pretty quick... I would say it's doing very well. We had over 1800 members on it earlier and the site was just crawling but I think I have fixed that (See Below for the techies who are interested...) Turns out we have a couple of spammers just repeatedly trying to make accounts (Automated "bots") and they are trying to make a new registration every few seconds. I have blocked most of the offending IP's but stuff like that chews up speed for everyone too.. I HATE SPAMMERS. Techie Stuff... Memcached is still not working properly. Xcache is not either (I tried both) so we currently do not have a cache'ing system running. I tried to get lighttpd running as well... no go with PHP in Fast-php mode / Ruby I just keep running into walls on this new server as it's very different then what I am use to running. I am going to bring a friend in next week who I know can fix these issues... Once cache is running the pages will load much faster. Good news is fast-php and RubyonRails is running now under apache and the big thing is that I got the cross connect to the database on the dedicate nix card running properly (has some firewall issues - been resolved) Backup to NOC system is installed and running (on all servers) Raid is running on all servers All the servers are now being monitored (In case any die or reboot for no reason) Been a busy week, going to need a beer or 12 and some good sleep. Please PM me if anyone notices anything else not working right.... I will fix it next week unless it's major. ... who hoo! I can sleep a little! Good Night! -
I suspect she either parked it or she let her domain expire and this SEO company grabbed it and is using it now. The link is no longer valid.

A lot of you are having cookie problems. I am not sure about the privacy browsers (They are suppose to delete cookies when closed) but for regular browsers just delete all your cookies and log back in (Should fix those issues) -

Yup, It is still very slow... Not really sure why but the server load is down and I am still working on it. At least the new server seams to be working. Some of the ladies photos are missing or corrupt from the move... That sucks! so if you find a ladies photo not showing up please let her know - she will need to delete it from her album and re-upload it. As for the site speed. I am doing my best to get it going. The new server is a centos server and not a fedora server so I have a bit of a learning curve and not all the stuff works the same... I admin I am struggling a little with it but I will get it up to speed ASAP. -
Kayla19 was suspended for 7 days for multiple accounts, allowing someone else to use her account and lying to the mod (telling him it was her TWIN SISTER). This is a first offense and the council voted to give her a 7 day suspension.

sounds like some antivirus type program? very odd... anyone else get this? the ip changed so anyone using opendns may be a warning like that too I suspect. the ip changed by one number (the next number in he same chain) so it should not set off any alarms... site seams to be running faster. I have not installed the really fast stuff yet like xcache and the light httpd server so it will get faster as I work the new server in. I also have a cross connect to the DB but have not got that working yet either so it may be slow still at peak times but I will get it all going asap. -
Unsure....getting caught???

this is not true. any in call even with just one lady is considered a common bawdy house if she see's more then one customer at this same location. if she was to rent a hotel room for your date and only use it with you... that would not be a common place of prostitution. that in call would b legal so a gray area exists here. out calls are 100% legal as long as nothing is in public view and nothing is discussed In a public place. any massage spa offering a sexual service (any form of prostitution) is illegal and a common bawdy house. rubbing the genitals is a gray area but bj's .. fs .... those places will eventually be raided...it is just a matter of when. this information is not correct. you are very wrong in assuming this and whoever told you this is also wrong. info like this is what gets ladies into trouble! please... read the laws before you quote them! thank you to everyone who took the to correct this bad info! -
Some of you are seeing a BANNED notice when you enter chat. Don't worry I am as well. It's part of the system migration and it's just a glitch. I will get to it as soon as I can.
