You need a anti-spyware/malware remover - and most are FREE. I tend to trust stuff from download.com (CNET) more then other sources. Personally... I don't think this is a good question or a positive thread to have on this site. :confused: It adds fire to the very WRONG stereotype that SP's all use chemical drugs and that this is something people should think would happen on a call. When you group all the sex workers together I bet the statistics are slightly higher in this industry but you will find people with substance abuse issues in any profession. I just wanted to post this so everyone knows this guy who had an account here under the name "DaveyBoy999" is PMing people trying to slander a lady (who is also a member here on cerb) and says he is going to post this on all the boards along with the fact that I do not screen the ladies well. (Seriously he told me this!) I do not wish to write her name down here as I don't want to encourage him or assist him in his slanderous efforts but I am sure it will come out on other sites who she is... but it's pretty obvious his goal is to slander her (and now he wants to slander cerb because I would not beleive his far fetched stories and attempts to convince me of this craziness). Here is his last PM to me before I banned him and his IP from the site. Nice threat eh? He is claiming that she is a undercover police officer and he got busted by her and her "partner". The only thing is discussing sex (or anything prostitution related) in public is illegal in Canada so if you go out in public (Hotel lobby, casino, lounge, etc...) do NOT discuss sex or try to as the lady will probably bail on you or at the very least suspect you are not who you say you are. You need to make the ladies aware a market exists. They need a place to advertise as well where local gents like yourselves would regularly visit. To get this going you need some local ladies as well to advertise (or) we open a forum here on cerb and you start posting... this would be than included in the search engines and over time people would know that CERB is the place to find info for your area.

We considered this but we want the ladies to be able to use the site free. If they want to show support they buy a ad on escorts-canada (It will benefit them and cerb). Once they have a ad on escorts-canada for 14 days they can gain access to the SP ONLY area (This gives them 100 photo spots as opposed to 25 and gives them a much larger IN BOX for PM's) now they do not need to have a ad on EC to gain access but it is the easiest way for them to gain access. Only the moderator/admin account can see the infractions and you can see your own infractions. No one else can see these infractions. All very good points. Let's start 2010 off right. I reinstated a number of these accounts - how long they stay reinstated I can't guarantee as they will be all on the watch list. If a site acquires a "ADULT" rating it means that you loose your non-adult listings on google and terms like "SEX" or "PORN" and other "Adult" words are the only way you can get your keywords to come up. Searches like "ottawa escort discussion" would not be considered "adult" as google does not classify "escort" as an adult word. You would need "Ottawa sex escort discussion" for the same results and most people would not type "SEX" as part of that search so the site looses tons of traffic. This also affects the other sites linking from cerb (Such as the ladies personal websites, agency sites and sponsor sites like EC, etc..) If cerb gets a "PORN/ADULT" rating with google all the outbound links would have weight added to make them possible "ADULT" sites as well. Causing them to loose search engine rankings. Many people miss this feature and your right cost is a big factor as the shoutbox feature (as nice as it was) was also very demanding on the server and caused all the pages of the site to CRAWL and even made the server crash a few times. The reason is because it was written BAD (It was a free plug in - Meaning we did not pay to have it made). It was fine on a website with 100 members but cerb is too large for that and it was crippling the site. It's free as the traffic goes from cerb to escorts-canada (and escorts-canada pays all the bills for this site). The reason being we paid for ads on other discussion sites (we still do on many) but we had no control over the content so we often lost ladies as advertisers as we would get "You support that site and they slander me on that site so if you continue to support them I will not advertise with you" (Extortion at it's finest I know but they have a valid point in many cases) That is a nice thing to say. What we need more then money is more active members. If we had more active members we would have higher traffic and would give us a higher operating budget so just keep posting. We do not want to make paid advertising mandatory for anyone advertising on cerb (like other sites do or have done in the past) we want it to be a free site for everyone but to help we need the rules followed and we need lots of contributors. It's like a good magazine, you renew the subscription each year if you like the content and each year the subscriptions increase. This is by far the best way to get more funding for the site.
