She got a 30 day suspension for advertising something she should not have

Squirting would be a sexual act if paid for this so I doubt with the new laws anyone would be offering this in public and I am sure no one would like this discussed in public about them.

You can have fun together without offering any sexual activities. Common sense says that private exotic dancing would be legal so nude is fine, massaging (No happy endings) but they can not charge you for offering someone a regular massage or touching another person when both parties agree to physical contact, anything that involves penetration, or orrgasmmmms would be bad. spanking should be fine unless your offering some sort of penis spanking or breast spanking... just common sense. Don't offer anything that could be considered sexual. AGAIN... I DID NOT WRITE THE LAW!! They PURPOSELY did not define what constitutes a SEXUAL SERVICE so it is up to the courts to decide. No one wants to be that person in front of that judge.... they (the government knew this) so they made it vague on purpose.

If that is the case you should re think your advertising here. If the system is censoring your words then your posting things you probably should not be advertising here. 4 ladies have already been suspended for 30 days each because they tried to "Work around" the censored words.

The censors are a work in progress, I am always working to make sure we have the LEAST issues obviously. This month has been very stressful so cut me some slack and I assure you were are working out the bugs. FETISH: Fetish providers can offer NON SEXUAL fetish services such as bondage, xdressing, spanking, tickling, etc... but can not advertise such things that could be considered a sexual acts GUYS: You can NOT ask for help finding someone offering sexual services anymore. You can also not post about a lady who offered you sexual services. CENSORSHIP & REPORTING OFFENDERS: The site censors a lot of ADULT words these days. We are doing this to make sure no one gets in trouble and we are trying to train everyone who advertises that these new laws are now in effect and sexual services can no longer be advertised. Hey guys. Please bear in mind that explicitly mentioning sexual services for sale, posting nudity or porn are all rule breakers and could end in a suspension or ban from Lyla. Escort ads are allowed, but any language offering sexual acts aren't, including abbreviations. Same with pictures. Underwear/lingerie - go for it. Nudity and pornography is a no go. You're all sensible and don't need hand holding on this one, common sense should prevail! Anyone doing this will be suspended. If you are getting ANY kind of "Sexual" services then yes. That constitutes the place as a brothel. If your getting a MASSAGE service then you have no concerns (well ... as long as none of the massage attendants are doing things they should not be doing. If they are then you would be found in a common bawdy house if the place got busted while you were visiting). problem is we do not know what will be considered a "SEXUAL SERVICE" in regards to the new law as the GOVERNMENT left that pretty open (For the courts to decide if it comes down to that) so a full body rub with release may under this new law be considered a sexual act but then again most cities have body rub licenses and seam to all such things. SO NO ONE IS REALLY 100% ON THIS YET.

Some people were concerned cause our old banner said the word "ESCORT" and they assume that implies some sort of sexual reference. Let me clear the air on that word. The word "ESCORT" does not imply ANY prostitution services in ANY WAY are available!! This is why towns like Winnipeg, Calgary, Barrie, Windsor and others LICENSE escorts. We can also advertise private dancers, stripclubs, massage spas that do not offer any extra menu items as well. We just can not allow anyone to advertise/solicit a SEXUAL SERVICE / PROSTITUTION ACT. Soliciting ESCORT services (Like any other legal business) is not a issue and it is not an issue for us to advertise such a service. So hosting the old cerb.ca banner is not an issue even with the word ESCORT on it as you can be an ESCORT and not have sex or do sexual things so that word is NOT one of the BANNED WORDS .... But... for those who are still not comfy with the word the new banner for lyla.com came in today. Here it is....

lickachick was the same person as mjai420 This person is obviously trying very hard to run a smear campaign to make Brooklyn Styles look bad. They are asking you to PM them instead of posting nasty stuff in public about her (well that is just a way to try to circumvent our no negative comment policy and this is a great example of why we have this rule!) Thankfully our members are too smart for that and reported him and many are sticking up for her too. Awesome to see!! So... If you see a post asking you to PM them for info on Brooklyn (or anyone for that matter) just report it for me please. Obviously if it's about Brooklyn chances are it is this same obsessive person. If you see stuff like this and you know it is not true the best thing to do is do what you did here. Report it and post letting people know you recommend the lady. What a great community we have!

No need to remove it. If the powers that be take the .ca domain name it will stop working one day but by then everyone will know it's lyla.com and google will change all the links because of the correct 301 redirects I used for the move.

You should be 100% sure before posting this cause if you are wrong you could effect the persons business. Why don't you contact her and ask before posting stuff like this?!

If your website is found to advertise ANY sexual services we must place your website URL on our CENSOR list as we can not knowingly advertise it. Anyone currently or previously offering any sexual services in exchange for money you need to stop that! (The government says so!!) We are actively reviewing websites advertised on lyla.com to ensure all websites comply with the new laws. If you are found to have any sexual references on your website that could be considered prostitution you will receive the following message and your site will be blocked. You can ask us to review it at a later date but we are busy so if you force us to block it instead of updating it and saving us all that work then we will take our time allowing it back! if you choose to comply and wish to promote your revised site here. It is in your best interest with this new law to stop offering any sexual services as it is now illegal for anyone to advertise such services.

Your going to find that with a lot of the features of the site. Migrating the site and all its components to lyla.com was (and still is) a HUGE undertaking. The chatroom for instance is still not back and the https:// is still not working. I did manage to get the classifieds all working again (New URL's to those so dont use old bookmarks) I also got the albums back working correctly (some of you may be missing a photo or two or maybe an album or more... I did my best but you all use a LOT of photos and the migration did have some hiccups) I am still getting bug reports from users and working on those as they come in. Also... A BIG Thank you to everyone who is flagging BAD ads and discussions and who are helping report bugs.

Correct, it is law but in grace so not enforced until December 6th (The bill had a 30 day grace clause in it)
