Hmm, I just watched the report on Global Maritimes and you're right, it's in a well-off neighbourhood. As a former resident of Vancouver and suburbs, there are dozens and dozens of these residential in-calls. However, the biggest difference is that they are all what we call Asian micros. I would suggest you plan the time for a 9-10 hour drive to Montreal if you REALLY are looking for a treat. It's an entirely different world in terms of service and pricing.
