I'm not trying to bash you so, just simply stating the facts of exactly what happend. I showed up and there was no service provided. It's pretty black & white, plain and simple. As a client/hobbyist these types of experiences are what I hate most. The dissappointing part of it, was nothing was done in terms of customer service. No incentive or effort was made to rectify the situation.
PS - as for the comment made about low posts. Cerb is more a secondary site that I peep around on from time to time.
