It is a pretty wild place, with very little restrictions. Haven't been in a while so I don't know when is the best time to go, and if the quality of the girls has changed. Used to be very nice...

Welcome to the board! And I agree with RS100 that a gathering would be great at one point. I'm in! I know such a party happened a couple of months ago with Dreamer8 as the organizer. Personal issue prevented me from attending but it was supposedly a blast, and I have no problem believing it!

I didn't know that the BodyShop was still operating in Cornwall! It was already a bit quiet a few years ago and then the Domtar closed so, I figured it would be even slower.

Her ad comes up regularly and she does seem very hot!!! I am thinking of planning a ride there in the next couple of weeks. Her website looks great; simple yet all the required information is there. And her pics, she is just my type... Great bedroom eyes...

Haven't been at the Silver Dollar in a few years but I know Mandy and Chanelle. Chanelle has a nice rack but, you have to be careful; she hates rough. Actually, I preferred Chanelle's sister that also worked there, Jewel. Nice petite brunette and we got along well and after a while, mileage increased. But last time I saw her, she lost some weight (and she was already petite) and she wasn't as attractive anymore.

I agree with what is mentioned above: is it ever insulting to have the song cut in half by the DJ! Personally, some songs should be left to play for its whole length, to provide an appreciation token for the guys who invite ladies to the champagne room. I am thinking 'Supper's Ready' by Genesis (22 minutes) or 'Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner' by Iron Maiden (14 minutes)... There are many good songs that play in strip club and I am proud to say that all the hip-hop I know, I heard it there. Personally, 'Don't Speak' by NoDoubt, 'Baby one more time' by Britney Spears and 'Love Bites' by Def Leppard are songs that get me in a strip club. But there are many more that are well-suited for the atmosphere; starngely, I never heard a Beatles or Elvis song in a strip club. ;-)

As a hobbiest, I like variety so, it is rare that I will see the same SP in a repeated fashion. Therefore, even though in the vast majority, they are attractive, interesting and fun-loving ladies, I don't feel attached to these women. To me, they are women I met, great women, but I will in many cases, never see them again. But there have been times in the past where I sticked with a particular SP, for a certain time. Why this lady in particular? I don't know but I felt a deeper connection and decided to see her again. She finally moved on to different things and I never saw her again. I admit that I was a bit diappointed and slightly heart-broken, as she moved on without saying goodbye and I know that she had sweet feelings for me (she was very sincere on that aspect). But even though it sucks (no pun intended), what can I do except move on...

In my case, the end will come when I will become involved in a meaningful relationship with a woman that I will love and respect. But since I don't see that happening anytime soon (I think women are too picky... :-)), I'll stick to the hobby!

Just came back from lunch at Pigalle and I think I may have fallen in love! Julie is her name, a lovely long-haired brunette. Quite young IMHO (19 or 20 at most). She is short (maybe 5'2") but wow! what a nice pair of knockers on this lady!!! All natural and she has moves to make you melt.... But I don't know if she does only days or also evenings.

I don't go to strip clubs as much as I used to but there is one dancer I will always remember. This is back in about 1998, her name was Jessica and she was dancing at BareFax. Prior to that, she danced at Fannie's on Bank St. (long time ago, eh!). She was a short brunette, great rack, with hawaian looks. She was originally from Edmonton but has been living in Ottawa for a while, to attend college. Not only was she an attractive woman (22 at the time) but she was very easy to talk to. And she was not a money-hungry woman; you said 'No dance tonight' yet, she would still stick with you for a while to talk. One thing I really liked about her was the quality of her stage shows; well thought and practised, great choice of songs, it was entertaining. The last time I saw her, an incident happened to her in the club and I never saw her again. Really too bad.

I agree with Dummpy that the Cabaret in Grenville is a strip club that offers FS. It's a hit-n-miss place: could be very good, could be very bad. Not many girls but, it's an experience. But I would say to hold your end. Some girls will ask for a ridiculous amount to go in the 5x5 booth for FS. Don't be afraid to negotiate: I've heard (and seen) some girls are asking $300 for the 10-minute FS session in the booth. And the services are VERY limited: it's CBJ, Doggie and done. Whereas you can have an incall rendez-vous in a nice hotel room for $200 an hour, from a reputable agency such as Pink Kitty... But if it's really a stripper you're looking for, it's an option.

I believe that ad comes from CL. I saw it a couple of times but there's no pics, long text (compared to many other ads). Did not really catch my eye and I don't know if I would take the jump, considering there are so many other proven providers.

I agree with kih. The recommendation section was developed for this purpose, for hobbiests to share the wonderful experiences that they happen to share with SPs.

I can confirm that Alicia from PK became Adorable Chloe. This review from Dreamer8 is not recent, and in this field, there is constant change. AdorableChloe has left PK at least a year ago; but Kaitlin is still there once in a while.

Very good thread with very good opinions and ideas being shared. I have never been on the other board and maybe my opinion will be a bit biased because my experience is with CERB but, bulletin boards are globally very similar (whether it's for hobbying or chatting, etc...) I like the concept of CERB and the fact that there is a moderator to try very much to keep things/situations under control. The problem with boards lies in the anonymous nature of the posters; even though some restrictions are in effect, these restrictions are like rules and rules are made to be broken. Therefore, who resides behind the anonymous poster? What is expected, especially on this type of board because of the 'taboo' aspect of the hobby, is a certain level of maturity from the posters. From this attribute and everyone's ability to think, it can become a very efficient information tool and I believe, especially with the Ottawa section considering the number of posters and the interaction, that it is a very efficient tool. This maturity along with the growth and diversity of the posts provides definite credibility. This being said, I feel a review can be compared to a fishing story; you can catch a 4" perch but when you tell your buddies, it becomes a 14" walleye. I read recommendations and some are very-well written and descriptive. Do I believe they are fake? No, they are based on a true story. Are they embellished? I think some are but, they still happened, for sure. Are there fake recommendations? Most likely, often by newbies but again, the Mod is very efficient at catching the IP addresses to detect fake posters; another great asset for making the board a serious one. In summary, if everyone contributes in a sincere manner, that would be the perfect world and everyone would be happy. But, we live in an imperfect world and these issues will always be current; it remains everyone to be responsible to make the experience of the board enjoyable for all but, some will never listen. And it is with credibility that readers/posters will determine the validity of the recommendations. One last example is CL; with all the fakes exposed by our dear friend CK (just amazing!), where does their credibility stand?

I know that STDs are on the rise because teenagers are sexually active at a younger age than previous generations and even though it is not taught in school with sex ed., their ignorance makes them take bad decisions. I read that gonorrhea and chlamydia are sky-rocketing with double-digit percentage increase per year. I mentioned teenagers above but in no way I intend to be biased towards a certain age group but the numbers and statistics are there: by the time they reach 18, close to 50% will have contracted an STD during their teenage years. I will try to find that article again where I saw the numbers but I was surprised by the increase percentage, and this source was very serious and credible. As for AIDS, it is true that it is a terrible situation for someone to have this illness and medecine has progressed immensely in the last decade. Nowadays, someone with AIDS will more likely die of old-age rather than AIDS itself because it can now be controlled. But they say that there are about 80 million cases worldwide. Out of 6.2 billion, it makes 1.3% of the population; and about half of the cases are in Africa so, the percentage drops even more. It is not to be taken lightly but, we must not get into a panic mode too fast; it's not seen everywhere. But the Health Department recommends regular testing, and at the Ottawa Sex Health clinic, there are obvious posters that mentions it along with a website that provides information. I went there recently for a preventive check-up, staff was very nice and I encourage everyone to ease their peace of mind and give them a visit.

Kim a.k.a Jess posted an ad on CL regarding the B&S but, she came clean and that's good. Fake photos are misleading because one is all worked up seeing a cute bubble butt photo and when going to an encounter or expecting an SP, everybody draws a mental picture when it's a first time meeting. Don't say you don't do it, everyone does! So, you expect a 20yr-old and it's actually a 43yr-old, you wish you could photoshop the whole thing but, reality doesn't allow it. So I agree: fake photos should be pointed out and flagged, as long as it takes. If an SP doesn't have a real photo to post, I would be more comfortable if she provides a more thorough description of herself, rather than posting a fake.
