Went there last night with some friends, and I have not been there during the evening for a good year and a half. Line-up of girls was very nice... I cannot make a recommendation as I didn't go the the CR but one that really attracted me (and she seemed to have a naughty side on stage) had a tattoo of a bear paw on each butt cheek. Very nice-looking brunette, whose name I forget. Many tall brunettes yesterday evening, yet all very attractive.

Thanks for the link Peachka! I remember her now; I didn't know her name but I was a regular at Silver Dollar a few years ago. I don't know why but I tend to prefer quieter, lower profile places. Maybe it's the prospect of the mileage that could be higher? :-)

For my part, only one person knows of my hobbying and it's my very close cousin, who is also a member of CERB. He doesn't hate when I share experiences with him while we have a beer! But personally, if people find out, I couldn't care less but I know they will find it the most negative thing in the world. My family would be extremely surprised and I know my parents would be extremely saddened; but I can understand them, because they are from a former generation where morality and religious virtues were admired with utter respect. My father even find it stupid for guys to go to a strip club... At work, I work in a 90% male environment and everybody knows that I am a huge fan of strippers (less now than before). Yet, since I am an eternal single guy, some of my male co-workers are even encouraging me to call myself an escort and that would help me clear my mind! Suckers, if only they knew...

YoungStud, You are indeed in a category of your own but honestly, I would not want to be part of this category. It seems to me that there are too many probable causes for headaches in your situation... LOL :-)

I have been away for a few weeks and am doing some catching up. Wow! What a thread, but a really good one. There is really nothing I could add but I have a few comments. I have been a member for a long time and I love this community. Fortunately, I have never been contacted with these rumours but I can understand the angriness that they can generate when they are directed at specific people in a derogatory way. To this, yes it is important to verify the sources. And I agree with Cowboy Kenny and what he said. I am a fan of his blog (as many of you are I am convinced) but what I admire most is his integrity. He exposes the fraudulent people and they get pissed at him. Why? Because he has proofs, with valid links to fake photos. It's not just words in the air that he is inventing (like rumours are). But it also true that CERB is an increasingly popular forum but, a little popular or a lot popular, you will always get jackasses that will only try to instigate trouble. It's like when there is a riot; it's always the same people that are the instigators and they go from event to event, just to be the s**t disturbers that will wreak havoc. Respected senior members have brought invaluable information for everyone to share and it is sad that some of them are being the target of shameful defamation. To me, these members have become role models over time for newer members, who want to learn, who want to share and who want to become more active within this virtual community. Lastly, as these jackasses that are only trying to cause trouble will never go away, I tip my hat to the Mod, who is doing a great job to keep everything under control.

CERB is such a great community involving people from all aspects of society. Who knows? Maybe our Ontario Prime Minister is a member and he may have tipped his Minister of Transportation about the BBBJ licence plates... I also have never seen one. Unless they released them in Owen Sound or Thunder Bay?

That's a pretty scary news! Hope it is just a rumor... Nobody wants to see anyone pass away in a strip club, even though it may be the closest thing to describe as paradise.

Lunch at Pigalle is great! As Peachka mentioned, a beer and a show for less than $10; you won't find that even at McDonalds... And it's always good, with different varieties. It is true that most of the food is prepared by caterers but I have never been disappointed in the 10 years I have going out to lunch once in a while. Other clubs offer similar buffets with similar deals: to be checked out by those who have never been!

Very interesting articles. It's one reason why I stick to the well-known local providers. They are proven and true. Canadian LE might just follow the same steps, we never know.

Back in the days, my favorite porn star was Taija Rae. Slightly chubby but with a great rack and a natural attitude. She was never faking and that was good! I read some of the adventures you guys have had and I would like to share a funny one. Many years ago in Rigaud (which used to be a FS strip club), there was a girl there and her name was Valerie. Cute blonde but shallow, my god, shallow (I hate to put an instant judgment on people but trust me, you couldn't do otherwise with her). I was with some friends at a table and she came to us and said 'Hi guys!' and sat down. She then just uncrossed her legs and looking at us and running her tongue on her lips, while fondling herself. OK, the place is that kind of place but it felt so awkward. Then, one of my friends just asked: 'So, it was a nice day today!' And she responded: 'Yes it was!' and continued with her act. And she kept going until 2-3 more minutes and finally, the blunt guy that I am said that we were not interested. She was pissed but like the song says, 'that don't impress me much'. So, if you happen to stumble on a girl that says is a good conversationalist, at least that's good and you should just go for it. I also love to talk about quantum physics, the application of the relativity theory in our everyday lives, the theory of chaos and the butterfly effect, etc... etc... :-) These will turn on girls, for sure!

But on Fairmount, almost at the corner of Wellington, there used to be a spa/massage place. I don't know if it's still open or the place exists (haven't passed there in a good while). I used to live on the next street so, very close to my place. But when I was living in Hintonburg (that part of town), I heard many times to stay away from that place: service was not the best.

Here is my take on your questions, and I tried to be general as I am very familiar with all Ottawa clubs 9and some from other cities as well). question 1- cover charge? - $3 to $5 at night. Usually no cover charge before 7PM. Only exception: $1 at Club61 in Aylmer (but at that place, even at $1, it's expensive). question 2- cold beer/or a mixed drink? - $5.50 to $7.00 a beer. Mixed drink is $6.00 and up. question 3- table dance? - I have not seen a table dance in years. Don't know if they still do that. You want a dance, come in the champagne room. question 4- how many ladies week day mid day shift? - Different from club to club. Pigalle at lunch time is 10-12 ladies. question 5- how many ladies night dancing? - Different from club to club. Could be as low as 4 ladies or as many as 25. BareFax/Barbs: 1 lady for 4 guys Silver Dollar: 1 lady for 2 guys (but the place is small and less busy). Club61 in Aylmer: 3 guys per lady (she is alone working and these 3 guys are german tourists who got lost). Feel free to comment or add info as to these questions, I believe there is not a single answer that will do the trick!

I must agree with Dash. Out of 10 ads advertising Asian MPs or SPs, I would say there are 9 that are B&S ads. The Ottawa Sun was particularly good to be deceiving for many hobbiests. Therefore, when there is a 'real' one, I believe it's good to share with the rest of the community. Unless one is greedy and wants to keep her all for himself... :-)

For myself, the fact that, with a proper search (but not a lenghty one), I can wind up with a gorgeous and down-to-earth woman.
