First job was a clerk @ Black's Cameras...starting rate $3.65/hr. When things were quiet, we use to peruse through customer's pictures, and often came across some less than suitable material...ahhh, the days of 'bush' ;)

I wanted to bump this thread for obvious reasons...the upcoming holiday season. As you all know from this thread, 11 months agao, I was hit by a drunk driver. Though I am mostly recovered, the pains sometime still linger. I wanted to take a moment, to remind everyone of our resposibilities...towards ourselves, each other, our loved ones, and those around us. Please act with wisdom this holiday season. Many of us will be invited to parties and gatherings, and we will all have important choices to make. If you are drinking, please don't drive. Make other arrangements...we all know there are a multitude of options available at this time of year. And if you see some one drunk...ACT. Don't hesitate. The next person that gets hit by a drunk driver, may not be as lucky as I was. Everyone please stay safe, and best wishes for the holiday season. E.

Lana, Though we have not met, I wish you well towards the difficulties you are presently facing. My parents are growing older as well, and though they are not dying, they forget things easily and are having difficulty maintaining thier property. My challenges are clearly not as hard as yours, but to some degree, I understand why you are re-aligning your priorities. Good for you for realizing what is most important.
