I was recently traveling and ran across a situation where I couldn't access CERB. Also even here there are occasions where you can't access certain sites strictly because of geographic restrictions, or on say a public wifi site. So, I'm thinking it's time to subscribe to a VPN service. So I'm looking for some information, e.g. cost, ease of use, using on multiple devices and any other relevant info you can share. Actual provider recommendations would also be valuable.

Email transfers are a great tool which I use for a variety uses. I am quite surprised to see that you might have been contacted by the bank to question the validity of the transactions based on the email address ( they have no business questioning your reason for this transaction ) since a secret question and answer is used to verify and complete the transaction. If you are contacting you I can only assume that they suspect that someone has gained access to your bank account, which means you have surrendered your password.

If the old phone was used previously as your old phone on the same network I"m sure you'll have no trouble. When I upgrade my phone I usually unlock the old one to be used when one when I travel.
