  1. Freedom is being able to do a major day-long cleaning of your apartment....completely in the nude...all day. Often being in all kinds of unflattering positions....bending over with the dustpan....getting wrapped up and struggling with the power cord of the vacuum cleaner.... cleaning the toilet, etc....and not once having to worry that the sight will gross anyone out!
  2. I never that I would utter these words.....but it's too hot to fool around. Christ I need A/C!
  3. Alice Cooper!!! (and I'm being forced to stick around for Iron Maiden....gonna be kind of step down after seeing Coop if you ask me). And looks like I may be seeing a few familiar (and very pretty) faces while I'm there! ;)
  4. I was at Taboo today and was pleasantly surprised to see Ellie was back. Apparently she's been back since around Christmas time (hadn't realized it had been that long since I'd been there). She hasn't lost her touch! :D Posted via Mobile Device
  5. Ok....kind of random here.....but last night I had a dream that I had enrolled in a training camp for hitmen which was situated somewhere in the Himalayas. There I met the girl of my dreams. Oh yeah, and the whole place was run by this sweet little old lady (read: Betty White). Now am I crazy or is that not an AWESOME premise for a movie and/or book?? Has anyone else had those dreams that when waking up wishing you had even the smallest amount of writing talent so that you could capitalize off your fucked up subconscious? Because that happens to me ALL the time! (p.s......I'm currently working on copyrighting my latest messed up dream. So don't even think about it!! :p )
  6. It might be Sally. OP mentioned it had been a few years since they'd seen her. And her skin tone is rather pale so she could be mistaken for white, and her accent could be mistaken for french. I always thought she was white until she told me she was south american. So it's possible.
  7. Congrats to SaraMQ on 1500 extremely entertaining posts! :D The only thing missing from your posts is their own John Williams theme music. That's how epic they are! ;) Posted via Mobile Device
  8. Couldn't agree more. I actually haven't been to the chatroom in years for exactly this reason. It's not a problem specific to cerb though. I don't go on chat on facebook for the same reason. Maybe I'm just antisocial lol
  9. A personal fave of mine is the ever popular "Birthday Suit". Best of all, it's really cheap and is always "one size fits all" :p Not to mention it's unisex. I've even been known to wear it myself on occasion. And I must say, it makes my ass look GREAT! Posted via Mobile Device
  10. Ok seriously.......who doesn't love this movie?? This movie always gets me because Harry looks EXACTLY like an uncle of mine. Significantly taller....but otherwise...yeah..... that's my uncle :D
  11. Just had Sara over for yet another amazing encounter! She never fails to brighten my day. Definitely the high point of my birthday weekend this year! :D Thanks again, Sweetheart!

  13. Hey I kinda liked the Alien vs Predator movies!! Well, the first one anyway :p I dunno, I saw it last night. I think the whole "it's not a prequel, but takes place in the same universe" business is a total cop out for a huge plot hole. Without revealing too much there were waaaaaay too many similarities for it to not be a direct Alien prequel. But with a huge hole in the continuity which just ruins the flow of the series (I'm a stickler for continuity). They were CLEARLY on the same planet that the Nostromo later stumbles upon in Alien. I was thoroughly enjoying the whole movie up until the last 10 or so minutes. The entire movie felt like an Alien prequel.....all the signs were pointing to that. And then the last few minutes just trashed that notion. The sudden change in Alien continuity felt forced to me. Like Ridley Scott suddenly felt that he was "above" doing a prequel, even to his own movie, so decided to change the ending. I really did enjoy it but as an Alien fan the ending left me feeling a little put off.
  14. Speaking of Terry Crews, his appearance in this particularly violent clip from the Expendables always cracks me up. Yeah, I'm twisted that way lol. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j6SLR3Ub0MM&feature=related
  15. Awwww.....NJ beat me to it! I wanted to do a major Faux Pas and create my own Bday thread!! I love Faux Pas'. Thanks everyone! :D
  16. I remember when I was about 12 or 13 a friend of mind asked me to come over and help out with a garage sale his Mom was having. So my Mom drives me over and drops me off, much to her chagrin when we got there the garage sale consisted entirely of sex toys lol.
  17. Here's an off topic question. Sorry for the hijack guys........but what in gods name is this facebook thing I keep hearing about?? And twitter? I'm not sure what that is either exactly....but it sounds kind of kinky......."I love the way she can't stop twittering herself....she's insatiable!!"
  18. Jaws by Peter Benchley is one of my favorite novels. A little dated but it still reads remarkably well today. It's quite different from the film in a lot of ways. It's as much about the economic effects this shark is having on this resort community as it is about the shark attacks. I also like how it doesn't demonize the shark like the movies tend to do. It's simply a natural predator doing what it was created to do. Right now however I'm once again making my way through Stephen King's Dark Tower series and the other novels associated with the DT series. I'm on 'Salem's Lot right now. Much like Jaws it's not so much a vampire story as it is a story about how this small community reacts to the growing realization that there's a vampire in their midst. One thing I love about King's writing is that his characters are almost always "real" people in the sense that they're all too human, flawed, and imperfect. And they react how real people would react when thrust into these extraordinary circumstances. In that sense I guess he probably tells the most "realistic" stories of that genre. 19. I need me some good lovin'. One of those weeks where everything seems to go wrong, just a lot of little things adding up to one big clusterfuck of a week. It's almost gotten to the point that I'm afraid to get off my couch for fear of what will next go wrong. So yeah....like I said....I need me some sweet lovin'........or hugs......whichever comes first.
  20. Hmmmm.......I now kinda want to change my handle to "Pervert Introvert"...or vice versa. Additional Comments: I too am very much an introvert. But the odd thing is all of my best friends seem to be extroverts. I tend to get along better with extroverts than with other introverts. Wonder why that is? Maybe it creates the perfect balance of "verts"? lol
  21. Spending an hour on the bus to get home from work. Getting there and realizing I forgot my keys at work. Back to work I go! Ugh. Posted via Mobile Device
  22. Speaking of Peter Jackson we can't forget this.....ummmm......classic! :D
  23. My cerb band name is "Black".........How very emo lol.
  24. I felt that NotchJohnson's most recent post in the Randomness thread deserved its own thread lol p,s Bleeding Thorn
