  1. Probably one of my favorite Bruce Willis movies. Doesn't get a lot of attention. Bruce Willis is at his surly tough guy best in this one. The thing I like about it is how very real the "hero's" home life feels in this movie. Complete with all the flaws any family has. And the interactions between Bruce Willis and Damon Wayans in this movie are pure gold. This movie is also a big departure from the Damon Wayans "funny guy" persona most of us know. And I especially love the ever necessary "romantic scene" at the end of this movie. Probably one of the more unique ones I've seen lol....see for yourself http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pnbyUpK3iPM
  2. That makes two of us! I'd never get tired of watching you do your thing ;) Posted via Mobile Device Additional Comments: That is, Assuming it's being done to me :p Posted via Mobile Device
  3. I guess like the majority I like soft lights. I'm too self concsious to really enjoy bright, harsh lights. When fooling around during the day I prefer letting only the natural light come in from outside. When fooling around at night, like Carrie Moon, I have a lava lamp in my bedroom that works splendidly.....assuming that the fooling around is happening in the bedroom anyway ;). If we're anywhere else in my apt then light coming in from a different room would be sufficient. But no lights at all? Pitch black? What's the fun in that? Posted via Mobile Device
  4. So I recently had a debate with a lady friend of mine....not sure how the topic came up but she stated that whenever having sex with someone the lights MUST be off. States that she finds naked men, all naked men, despite if she's actually attracted to them or not, gross. This baffles me....1) How can you be physically attracted to someone and yet find the sight of them naked gross? 2) Doesn't having sex with the lights off take away all the fun (or at least a big part of the fun) out of having sex? I'm the kind of person who needs to see what's going on.....even if it's a little light coming in from another room or something....I still like to SEE the person I'm fooling around with. So am I crazy or is my friend just a total prude lol. Or is this whole preference for no visual reference whatsoever more prominent than I am aware of? She seemed to think this was normal sexual behavior and that wanting the lights on was totally weird. I didn't put down her preference because obviously criticizing someone else's sexual preference a little hypocritical........but I'm just a little baffled by the whole lights off thing.....I hardly see the point if I can't see anything. I may as well be having sex with anyone. I should point out that this is a platonic friend of mine. We were just having a discussion about it lol. And judging from that discussion I think we'll stay that way :p So everyone....lights on or off?
  5. Ok.....Done. But I'm telling you right now I won't be singing.....I wouldn't subject you to that ;)

  10. I agree with Cleo and Jazzitup....."Silly" is an understatement......you look exactly like your pics (if not way better than your pics) ...... When you came over I couldn't stop staring at you because of how unbelievably gorgeous and sexy you looked :) I really don't think what you were wearing or your pics had anything to do with it. The fault lies squarely with him and I really hope you got some kind of compensation for your time! xoxox Did you REALLY have to go and post this pic?? ......I'm going to be so late for work now... ;)

  12. Beautiful eyes and an intoxicating smile. Sometimes that's all it takes. I had a gf once who really wasn't the body type I usually find attractive. But just her eyes and her smile and her personaility and demeanor were enough to turn me way on! I also really dig butts! I'm not into greek at all but I just can't get enough of rubbing, caressing, grabbing the ass of whatever partner I happen to be being intimate with. And oddly enough, earlobes. Earlobes can be extremely sexy. Posted via Mobile Device
  13. Probably one of the best Clint Eastwood westerns IMO. And the first western directed by Clint Eastwood. But not a lot of people know about it. It gets downright spooky by the end, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sOLnb7BrMC8, a western with a slight supernatural twist.
  14. Talk about someone's tax dollars being at work! lol.....sorry, couldn't help it :p Additional Comments: Yay! I'm awesome! :D

  16. Chatting up a cutie in the elevator, getting home, looking in the mirror and realizing you got a big booger hanging out of your nose and a huge zit appeared on your forehead at some point during the course of the day.....fuckin' charming!
  17. Awww you beat me to it! This is an amazing, powerful movie! Except now it's impossible for me to "Check out" Nathalie Portman in anything I see her in because I still see her as Matilda lol Teeth (aka "The Most Alarming, Cautionary Tale For Men Since 'Fatal Attraction' " lol ) is a dark comedy about....well.....the poster should clue you in as to what kind of teeth I'm referring to, lol. Despite continuously cringing and unconsciously crossing my legs through the whole movie....I did find it to be a rather intelligent, funny, and oddly charming little movie.....the women will laugh, the men will cringe and maybe utter small, crying noises throughout the movie....but I found it pretty enjoyable for all : Hard Candy is the first movie in which I saw Ellen Page (Juno) and she really impressed the hell out of me. This movie is wickedly intense, and she delivers an absolutely hardcore performance. I don't want to spoil too much for people who haven't seen it but it's definitely the kind of movie which leaves you thinking
  18. Couldn't agree more. First time I saw it I was very "meh" about it. Somehow saw it a second time and said to myself "hey that wasn't nearly as bad as I remember". By the third viewing I was in love with it. My mousepad presently is "the rug"......it really ties the room together :p Posted via Mobile Device
  19. What movies have you seen which, upon first glance, you were expecting to be mindless, cheesy, perhaps campy fun...but were pleasantly surprised to discover they had a certain amount of unexpected depth, intelligence and maturity Two for me which spring to mind right now are: Get Carter (2000) The plot sounds pretty simple, revenge movie generic. Bad ass comes home for his brother's funeral. Bad Ass suspects his brother was "taken out". Bad Ass systematically hunts down and does away with the bad guys. I'm a huge Stallone fan so I probably would have enjoyed it regardless. And I was expecting simple shoot em up, car chases, explosive fun....which I got...but I was also surprised to see Stallone give some of his best performances in this movie, particularly in the scenes between him and his niece, as shown here, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7lwvAeLuMeo&feature=related There's a lot of really strong actors in this movie which lend a certain maturity to it which would otherwise be lacking from your average revenge flick. I haven't seen the original Get Carter from the 70's with Michael Cain so I can't really comment on it. But this one is one of my favorite action movies. Secondly, there's Robocop...Yes, this Robocop: I mean...it's called "Robocop" You know what to expect from a movie title like that right? right? Wrong! When I saw Robocop again for the first time, as a more mature thoughtful movie viewer (more so than I was as an 8 year old anyway :p ) I was surprised to see a very intelligent, well acted, subtle (or maybe not so subtle) social commentary on the Reaganism of the 80's. Strong performances by mostly everyone in this movie also lent it a lot of weight. Peter Weller really gave an emotional maturity to that character which was very unexpected but very welcome. Still remains one of my favorite sci-fi movies. Unfortunately the sequels were....well....pretty much what you'd expect from something called Robocop lol. But I still think this one's a classic So what movies out there are, in your opinion, underrated? Who knows? Maybe there's some gems out there which I haven't seen because I thought I knew what to expect.
