  1. Never really been into Star Trek but recently started watching the original series and I gotta say the wickedly leggy outfit worn by the female officers is pretty damn sexy! Wouldn't mind seeing one of my favorite SP's sporting one of these, hehe Technically speaking it wouldn't even need to come off which could be pretty interesting ;)
  2. The difference being that human beings are not an endangered species and are not defenceless. The violence we do to ourselves on a daily basis is a factual thing. I don't mind seeing violence towards humans portrayed in a funny, lighthearted way....because in films we also have the perfect balance of violence being portrayed in a realistic, serious, thought provoking way. Unfortunately, that's not the case with sharks. Sharks are always portrayed the same way on film and can't come on CNN to defend themselves. Destroying the shark(s) at the climax of a movie is always shown as a "great thing"....a victory. Aside from a few little known documentaries, there is not one movie out there about the shark conservation efforts and which focuses on the violence being done TO sharks by human beings, instead of the other way around. Whether it be a masterpiece like the original Jaws, or a cornball fest like Sharknado, sharks are always shown in the same light in movies. No matter how good or bad the movie is, that image of mindless. man-eating killing machines is permanently ingrained in the public consciousness. And the truth is actually the opposite. Every time I tell someone that my dream is to go to South Africa, New Zealand or Australia and get down in the water with Great Whites (in a cage mind you....for starters anyway), I always get looked at like I'm off my rocker and hear joking comments like "Well, we'll miss you" or "I hope you have your will written up". That's the image of sharks that movies has given people. It's not that these people are stupid...it's just that all they have to go on is these movies. And because of that the shark conservation effort gets little to no attention or press coverage. Yes Sharknado is just a silly B movie and not meant to be taken seriously.....but regardless, it's still just adding fuel to the fire.
  3. Normally I don't mind at all...But I had a girlfriend once with whom I outright refused to let her kiss me after a bj. But that was a matter of principle...not taste. Hear me out!! She would absolutely refuse to let me kiss her anywhere on the face after DATY until I had thoroughly washed my face and rinsed my mouth. She was clean and everything...so I don't get what her problem was. And yet, she had no problems kissing me after a bj. I thought that was kind of a double standard so I put my foot down and said "No smooch for you!". Yeah it's silly...but what the hey...I was young. Now the thing is, my DATY skills are.....noteworthy...to say the least and it was always in demand (yes, tooting my own horn here :p). And she was an absolute oral fiend who absolutely could not stop herself from going down on me......so needless to say, there was not a lot of kissing going on in that relationship lol.
  4. Conan The Barbarian....the newer one. Jason Momoa was a pretty good Conan considering what he was given to work with. But everything else about it sucked. Horrible story. Horrible writing. Horrible direction. Horrible action scenes. Posted via Mobile Device
  5. I personally haven't met her, but you may want to inquire with Megan (Cute0aza0Button) about her "stripper experience" http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=140564
  6. Freddy vs Jason! :D Posted via Mobile Device
  7. Black Snake Moan!! Love this movie.....(mostly because of the scene where Samuel L Jackson makes Justin Timberlake cry :p ). In all seriousness though, it's an awesome movie.
  8. Oh jeez. Don't get me started on sharknado and the like. I'm boycotting this movie. And what disturbs me even more is the exposure this movie is getting. Last I checked the global population of Great Whites was estimated to be down in the hundreds. That's GLOBAL! And yet movies like this are still being made, people see these movies and think it's perfectly ok to go out and slaughter sharks on a massive scale. Because they're evil man-eaters right? Wrong! That couldn't be farther from the truth. More people are killed by deer every year than by sharks. Where's the Bambinado movie? :p I like a good cheesy B movie as much as the next person. But at least make it about a creature that is NOT on the endangered species list for crissakes. Or better yet...how about making it about a fictional creature that cannot be harmed as a result of these stupid movies? Posted via Mobile Device
  9. Stand Up Guys! Probably one of my favorite movies of last year. Walken and Pacino. You can't ask for much more awesomeness than that in one movie :p
  10. Wait I just saw Heat too...and while it was an awesome heist / cat & mouse movie I didn't think it was funny per se. Are we both talking about the Robert Deniro/Al Pacino movie from the 90's?
  11. The flip side of the coin of the "good movies" thread. I figured why not a thread about movies to avoid? I think it's a good public service. Or maybe a good place to mention those "so bad, it's awesome" kind of movies. I'll start things off with one I just saw tonight. The Frankenstein Theory .....this is not one of those "so bad, it's good" kind of movies. It's just bad. The plot in itself should be enough to keep you away, but anyway....it's the latest in a long line of "mockumentary/found footage" horror movies. A college student theorizes that Mary Shelley's Frankenstein was based on a true story....and to prove his point...decides to go to the freakin' ARCTIC CIRLE to look for the Frankenstein monster! And somehow manages to convince an amateur film crew to come with him.....to the freakin' arctic circle! Yeah....'cause that's a brilliant idea. I will say there are some pretty suspenseful moments....or at least they would be suspenseful if you actually gave a crap about these characters....but they're so effin' stupid that it's kind of hard to care. I mean going camping in the middle of the arctic is stupid enough as it is....but to do so because you're looking for a monster....and then acting surprised when the shit eventually hits the fan? What did they expect?! I will admit that it is entertaining in the sense that it is very unintentionally funny. I laughed quite a few times. Hmmm....so maybe it actually is one of those "so bad, it's good" movies lol.
  12. Gah! I'm late! (again lol). Happy Belated Birthday, you cute little bucket of sexy! ;) xoxoxo
  13. I see a lot of guys here are going for the politically correct answer....but if I'm going to be honest....typically, yeah, the explicit ad headers will catch my eye more. And I'll be more likely to click on those. But that's me. I'm really into dirty talk so those types of ads are a turn on for me. And my not-so-subconscious "perv eye" will automatically gravitate towards certain "dirty" words. That being said, I won't book with an SP just based on the ad though. I'm really picky when it comes to the ladies I spend time with. I check numerous recommendations/reviews (both here and on "other" sites). I also check other posts by the lady on a variety of topics to try and get a good idea of her personality and see if we would mesh well or not. Also will check her website (if she has one) to see what kind of services she provides. Just because she uses dirty words and terms in her ads doesn't mean she's into the same kinds of services I am. (I have a penchant for the dirtier "PSE" types of encounters). All that being said, I can literally count on one hand the number of times a year I usually see a SP. And I typically always see the same 2 or 3 SP's. So really....at this point I pretty much just check the other ads more out of boredom or habit than anything else. My long winded way of explaining that yes, the explicit ads may get more views, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the ladies are getting more calls. If you're style of ad is more reserved and discreet, and if that's what you are comfortable with and if that's what is working for you so far....then I say don't change. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. It's completely up to you how you want to portray yourself, and you shouldn't let others' ads or how many views they have influence you in any way. Best thing you can do is try and portray yourself as honestly as possible (as much as you can in this lifestyle anyway lol). Potential clients will pick up on the authenticity of your ad and will respond to that.
  14. Candyman http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T7sZOkYSPpE Probably one of the best, most intelligent and creepy horror movies to come out of the 90's. I consider it more of a psychological thriller (albeit a very gory one lol) than a horror movie. You're never sure if Candyman is real or if the main character Helen is actually losing her mind. Awesome performance by Virginia Madsen and Tony Todd is at his creepy best in this. I wouldn't bother with the sequels IMO but this one is a classic.
  15. Cleaning up and listening to Black Sabbath's reunion album "13", http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VWa3mPQLWHg. The original line-up's first new album together in over 30 years (minus drummer Bill Ward) and they haven't missed a beat! Sounds like it could have been produced back in the 70's, in their heyday...but at the same time still manages to sound fresh. Awesome album and a must have for any Sabbath/Ozzy fan.
  16. Hard Core Logo (one of my favorite films) and just saw the sequel, Hard Core Logo 2, for the first time. Some great Canadian rock and roll "mockumentaries". While the sequel is not quite as good as the original IMO, it is still a pretty good follow up and gives pretty good closure to the story. With the director coming to terms with, and seeking redemption for, the part he played in the events of the original "documentary". Oh and some pretty great tunes in these movies :)
  17. I've never liked Star Trek. (any of the series) Always thought they were corny as fuck and boring to boot! I couldn't ever imagine a world where I liked Star Trek. After being coaxed into watching the newer movies and thoroughly enjoying them, I got it into my brain to give the tv show another shot.....downloaded a couple episodes of TOS.....and you know what? I'm freakin' hooked!! I even just bought the complete original series on blu ray on ebay!! What...the...FUCK?! .....I really can't understand it. Is this what a midlife crisis feels like?
  18. As always, Cleo nails it! If the SP/client relationship is going perfectly, why screw that up by letting things potentially get messy (and not in a good way :p) ? SP's live double lives just as much as we hobbiests do. And for good reason...they can't be "on" 24/7. The whole purpose of this lifestyle is fantasy. By definition, fantasy is the opposite of reality. The reality may not be something you like or were expecting. How they are with clients is not necessarily how they are all the time. I know I act differently when I'm with an SP. Same way I act differently if I'm on a regular date. Sure it's possible a great friendship (and sometimes even more) could develop out of it. But it could also blow up in your faces (and not in a good way ;) ). If a more casual relationship/friendship develops naturally, and outside of your control (as will sometimes happen) then great, by all means roll with it. Our time on this planet is too short to pass up any opportunity for a meaningful connection. But personally, I wouldn't try to force it to happen. If it goes south you've just lost yourself a great SP. If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it.
  19. Tee hee....I'm not telling! More fun to let your imaginations wander ;)
  20. Haven't been to her latest incall location yet but in my experience Cleo Catra always keeps her incall locations clean, comfortable, discreet and inviting. (Disclaimer: She has mentioned in her ads that she has a little dog and cat which she keeps with her at the incall, albeit in a different room than the "fun room" lol, not sure if this is still the case but if you have allergies this might be something you may want to ask her about before booking)
  21. So what's everyone thinking of the last season so far? Personally I'm really missing all the wit and black humour the writing had earlier on in the series....primarily seasons 1 to 4. I just find the show is not quite as much fun to watch as it once was. But I'm in for the long haul and looking forward to seeing how it all turns out. I just hope it doesn't end on too much of a dark or bleak note. Hoping for some measure of redemption for Dexter (both the character and the show itself). The perfect ending in my mind would be Dexter being caught and convicted but getting life in prison instead of the death penalty. Ending with a shot of Dexter's face while he sits alone in his cell...looking out at the other inmates with a very serious look on his face but at the last second a little grin appears, (like he's a kid in a candy store :p ) Fade to black! Just to bring back that sense of "fun" that was so prevalent in the earlier seasons....if only for the last second.
  22. The Last Man On Earth with Vincent Price from 1964. An adaptation of the book "I Am Legend" by Richard Matheson. Even though it's technically about vampires, in a lot of ways it may be the first "zombie apocalypse" movie. A much more faithful, haunting and creepy adaptation of Matheson's book than the movie with Will Smith was.
  23. Ok I know this thread is just for the ladies but I just had to share. Ladies, meet Your Future Husband! And now we return to your regularly scheduled thread.
  24. Things that do not exist! (personally I think they went too far with the Grandmas *shudder*)
