Reading actual confirmation that the Man of Steel sequel WILL be a Superman/Batman movie!! :D http://www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=106748 Avengers 2, Star Wars Ep 7, Terminator 5, Independence Day 2, and now Superman/Batman..... all in 2015?! I think I'm gonna spend that whole year with my butt in a movie theatre seat and tripping out on a total geek overload! lol

Yeah I'm looking forward to this one too. I'm sure it will be subtitled when it eventually comes out. I think it's kind of fitting that they adapted it into a samurai flick considering A Fistful Of Dollars (Clint's breakout role) is actually a remake of Yojimbo, a Japanese samurai movie.

What if scenario ... the demise of strip clubs
castle replied to whiteman's topic in Ottawa Discussion - Stripclubs & Dancers
I agree with Peachka. I've been going to clubs for well over 10 years now, mostly during the day, and have never experienced any issues. Never even witnessed any fights, between dancers or otherwise. Daytimes are usually populated by business workers and such on their lunch break. Or people just finishing their work day and decide to stop in for a drink on their way home. Either way they can't very well go back to work or go home to their wives completely shitfaced or high as a kite lol. So daytimes are pretty tame when compared to the nighttime "party" atmosphere. There's also less dancers during the day which cuts down on the drama between dancers. Daytimes are very relaxed and easy going and offer a very different atmosphere than at night. -
Getting in the mood to watch a particular movie....a movie I KNOW I own....and not being able to find it anywhere! Gah! This is driving me nuts! Sure I could download it but by the time it's finished downloading I'll probably be asleep and won't even be in the mood for that movie tomorrow! Grrrr...

So I'm currently looking at alternative career options again (*sigh* Thought I was done with job hunting). It's become apparent to me that the company I am currently with is a sinking ship. People leaving and retiring and the company not even bothering to fill their positions is usually not a good sign. And I just learned this week that my current term position didn't get renewed so I have to revert back to doing a job I absolutely despise (call centre BS), with no guarantee that I will ever be able to transfer out of that position again. And I know I cannot do call centre stuff for another 20 years until I retire (or until the company goes belly up, whichever comes first). I just can't do it. I worked in a call centre for 8 years when I first started with this company and it drove me to drink...literally. I can't go back to that. So even though I realize that quitting a very well paying job where I have managed to acquire a fair amount of seniority, is probably not a good idea. Especially with today's shaky job market. That's where I'm at. I haven't completely decided to quit but I'm looking around for an alternative. Problem being I don't know the first thing about today's job market. Aside that it's shaky. I don't know what would be a safe bet. Obviously I'm not looking to land my dream job, but I'd be satisfied with doing something I don't completely despise lol. So after my long winded intro lol, my question is this....what are some safe, reliable markets where the industry is actually growing? Where there's a relatively safe bet I won't get laid off in the first year and advancement and long term employment (ie, to retirement) is actually a possibility. Feel free to PM me if need be. Thanks, everyone! :)

Big nasty flying insect of some sort flying around my apartment and refusing to land somewhere flat so I can squash it. This is quickly ruining my whole day. Lord, I hate bugs...

Just waking up from a nap with morning wood (or is this considered evening wood?) and scrolling through cerb on my phone. Posted via Mobile Device -
Not sure it is my thing, but that being said you could join the "Poly Party (Group Sex)" social group and post the question there. I'm sure you would have no trouble finding like minded individuals, Here's the link: http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/group.php?groupid=19. Good luck!

Advice on speaking to children
castle replied to Cleo Catra's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
One thing I tend to do when talking to children is not dumb down my speech pattern. I talk to them as I would anyone else. Of course the topics of what I am talking about and the language I'm using are guarded lol. But the tone of my voice remains consistent with my usual speech pattern. I've noticed a lot of people's voices get higher when they're talking to children...and the way they word things change. It's like subconsciously, they all of a sudden start pretending they are the child's age. I don't do that. And in my experience, children always seem to notice and appreciate that from me. As for babies. I don't do the "goo goo ga ga" sounds at them. I've tried and it usually results with a "wtf" look from the baby and he/she crawls back to one of their parents and gives them a look that quite clearly states "who invited the weirdo?" lol. Now I just talk to them. Sure, they probably don't understand everything I'm saying yet but on some level they seem to understand that I'm speaking to them as a real person, and not as a puppy, and they seem to really enjoy that. They don't squeal laughter at me like when someone tickles them or plays the "peek-a-boo" game with them...but my method of talking to them seems to intrigue and interest them. I'm not a parent and I don't know the first thing about raising kids....but I figure interesting and intriguing a baby can't be too bad for their mental development right? -
Which SPs have you had the best experience with?
castle replied to dexmor25's topic in Ottawa Discussion - Escorts
Well I can literally count on one hand the number of SP's I've seen in the past few years, and they're all awesome so I don't have to worry about leaving anyone out :D In no particular order I have had FREAKIN' AMAZING times with Cleo Catra, Redseductress, and Penelope Davis! (Penelope is NS based but she used to occasionally visit Ottawa. I never miss a chance to see her when she is here). There is another wonderful lady I used to see but she recently retired so I won't mention her out of respect for her decisions. I also had an awesome time with MalikaFantasy once before she moved to Toronto. Unfortunately, that was the only time I ever spent with her. My schedule never seems to mesh with hers when she's in Ottawa but hopefully one of these days I'll be able to see her again! Only had one encounter with her but it was definitely memorable! -

Well I'm only in my mid thirties so the silver has just recently started coming into my hair and beard. No way in hell am I ever dying it. I'm lucky enough with my family genes that I'll always have a full head of hair....and I currently have it long, down to about the middle of my back. (y'all can start calling me a long haired girly man...I'm cool with that :p) My point being is that I'm totally looking forward to my long silver mane! I'll be beating the soccer moms off with a stick! :D Posted via Mobile Device

Castle, 2000 Randomly Shared Posts
castle replied to Midnite-Energies's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Thanks everyone!....Wow, 2000 seems like a lot when I stop to think about it now. Maybe I need a hobby? (well...a second hobby anyway ;)) -
I'd have to disagree with this. I can't perform with a condom either and I don't consider myself as having any kind of problem. I just simply can't stand 'em. Which is why I do NOT see SP's for FS. And why I only reserve actual intercourse for when I am in a serious, committed, monogamous relationship (no, I don't see SP's when I'm in a relationship...no judgments being made, I'm just personally not comfortable with it). Sex does not require vaginal or anal penetration to be considered good sex. There's plenty of different ways to pleasure each other. You said it yourself, sex is as much mental and emotional as anything else. I don't think the problem is the OP's aversion to condoms. I think his problem is not being able to refrain from FS even if it puts himself and others in danger...THAT'S the problem.

Oh Jeez you may as well ask me to pick my favorite child!! (if I had children lol). Pretty much any western with Clint Eastwood is awesome. The "Man With No Name" trilogy, Pale Rider, The Outlaw Josey Wales, High Planes Drifter, Unforgiven...all pure Eastwood epicness! Then there's other awesome westerns like Tombstone, Appaloosa, Young Guns, The Proposition, Wild Bill, Django Unchained....god....the list just goes on an on. Yeah I totally can't pick a favorite. If I must pick though, I guess out of the Eastwood westerns I'd have to pick the Man With No Name trilogy, if only because it revolutionized westerns as we know them today. Out of everything else I guess I would pick Tombstone. I can't watch this movie enough times http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uo8rhsPv170.

Curious to know who is the better lover?
castle replied to jafo105's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I had to choose "other" because honestly I've had good and bad experiences with both. I don't think what language you speak decides how good of a lover you are lol. -
