Like any business, I think a reply should be as prompt as possible, especially with the technology we have today. Most sps I've contacted reply within 24 hrs.

No question looks are important but you also have to have a great attitude and personality. When I first started there was no cerb, heck there was no internet so sites like this is a godsend.
