Thanks Samantha, great idea. I have most of my problems with people who want to pre-book and email me or call me many times before they come to town and once they are here, they are sick, "can't make it" or get lost for hours looking for the address. It is very annoying, because in the meantime I can't see anyone else. I had one client once who offered pre-payment and he could not make it, but at least I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. Thanks to you, I will add the deposit or pre-payment policy to my present "first come first serve" and see what happens. As far as the hate mail or bad reviews are concerned, I've been around long enough to know that sooner or later it happens to all of us (on other boards). Just stick to your guns and remember that the bashing will happen no matter what, and you might as well do things the way you feel comfortable with.

I do have one CD full of this stuff. It's called throat singing and I absolutely adore it. There is something out of this world about it. Overtone singing is the high pitched voice. I watch these a lot on youtube and people are looking for CD's and stores to buy them and I am seriously thinking about starting a website or online music store just for this kind of music, but I have no idea where to start. Thanks everybody for the input. I agree with almost everything. I think it can be a good tool for businesses, close friends, relatives (but also for stalkers and serial killers if they want to know where will you be at a certain time.....) It will be interesting to see how it goes. At this moment I can see only a commercial use. I think people will get bored with each-other's private lives pretty quick. I know I would. As far as I am concerned, at this moment the negative outweighs the positive. Let's say, I keep sending people messages about my massages and maybe juicy details to make them interested.... How do I know this will make them visit me and not the opposite: masturbate to the stories and never actually give me business? That would make me a free adult entertainer. :) I would attract the ones I never liked: people who insist on writing dozens of emails, curious about everything, but never actually make appointments.
