This is the first post by this member; actually, he posted this the day he joined. IIRC, you still need 5 posts in order to post a recommendation. I would be a hypocrite if I "jumped all over" a new member, but I will take this reco with a grain of salt, until I see more posts from him.

The "helpful replies" amounted to "go spend your money on a lady you may not have an attraction to", or words to that effect. When somebody tells me "You can never go wrong with ABC Company", I tend to take them with a HUGE grain of salt; I have been burned too many times in the past. What is wrong with wanting to see an accurate, tasteful, visual representation of the ladies on shift? If I would take your advice and "just go", and I find that none of the ladies there are to my own, personal taste; I would now have wasted my time and, perhaps, my money, as well as increasing my frustration at both the ABC Company and the people of this board whose advice I have taken. Again, why is this such a difficult concept to understand?

Why be so harsh towards a new member? He asked a, IMHO, simple, honest question, and he got jumped on by a pack of wolves. Men are visual beasts, and I, personally, would like to actually SEE a representation of the lady I would be spending my hard-earned money for an enjoyable time together. The pictures don't have to be explicit, the faces can be turned away/blurred out/censor bar/etc, but there has to be at least a general level of attraction to the lady I would be lucky enough to spend my time. Again, why jump all over the OP for asking this question? If anything, it would drive him away from this board, not welcome him to it.

I would suggest booking a full hour, that way you can work out all your pre-massage jitters, have a chance to enjoy a FULL back/leg massage with your MA, and develop a "relationship" with her during your time together. She will help you relax and "put you at ease" to prepare you for what's to come. Of course, I'm talking about drinking tea while doing needlepoint and engaging in polite conversation, but take from that what you will... ;)

As for your your comment on my "gross overgeneralization of male patrons", well, unless you can read every man's mind, you CANNOT know what they are thinking. It's one of the many differences in the ways in which we think. A guy sees two beautiful ladies enjoying each others touch, and all he thinks about is "I gotta get in on that!". Sad, but true. BTW - I didn't take my friend's explanation as gospel, I confirmed it with some other dancers that I knew; it was common practice back then when stage tipping was much more prevalent. Times change, my dear, and for this, I firmly believe they have changed for the better. I am not a fan of "Well I did it, so you have to do it" attitude that exists in society.

Come on, it's TOTALLY judgmental! The male patrons are sitting there like drooling idiots with images of threesomes in their heads, and full of jealousy for that girl's boyfriend (if she has one). They also (for the most part, I won't lump ALL males into this) either consciously or unconsciously label this lovely young woman a sl** for doing what she so obviously enjoyed. Another thing to think about, many years ago, I knew a young lady who was just starting to get into dancing. I went to a SC with her on her "day off" to be her "boyfriend" for the evening. She told me that, as a new dancer, she HAD to stage-tip every dancer at the club; some kind of "initiation" thing (it was great, I got to see the both the show and her nude, and she got my "protection" from the other patrons). I am wondering if this practice continues to this day, and that is what the LIQ (Lady In Question) was doing?

@lakeranger - While I am sympathetic for the lovely lady (LL) you mentioned, the nature of the business, IMHO, would lend itself to gentlemen (and ladies) waiting for a favourite, new, or certain dancer that catch their eye; or a dancer with whom they have good chemistry. The LL seems to have the right approach, in that she sits down and has a conversation with her customers before asking for a dance. Too often, I go to a Club, and before I even get a beer (let alone my first sip), 2 or 3 LLs have asked me for a dance. What they don't realize, is that puts them near the bottom of my list, as I find this rude and intrusive. The LL who sees me come into the Club, yet gives me the time to relax and take things in before introducing herself, usually will have better luck with me...

Could it be, that with the rules of this board, that silence is golden?

With proper insulation and a cover, modern hot tubs use very little electricity to keep hot (my dad has an outdoor hot tub and barely notices it on his electricity bill). As well, using the correct chemicals and insisting on showering (with soap ALL OVER) both before and after use will keep the tub perfectly clean. Scheduling an off-day once per week for a proper cleaning is a must for peace-of-mind, but not really necessary, because the chemicals and multi-stage filters will take care of all of that.

This happened to me as well. I made a mental note, which promptly disappeared through the sieve I call my brain. If it happens again, I will make sure I actually make note of the particulars. As for the thread, no, I will NEVER send a pic of myself to a SP as part of her screening process.

It would have been a much simpler thing to move to an off-shore server to avoid all this, but your push for "conformity" reminds me of the oppressed throughout history. "Disappointment" does not adequately describe my feelings about this.

I had some time off after an appointment downtown on Monday afternoon, so I decided to try out Taboo, since I had only been there once during the evening. There were about a dozen patrons throughout the club, and a wide assortment of ladies were working, from pretty young spinners, to those more "broad of beam", etc. Basically there were ladies that would seem to suit most men's tastes. I was approached by a more mature lady as soon as I sat down. Normally this would annoy me, as I prefer to drink my first beer in peace, watch the floor show, get a feel for the club, observe the ladies and their interactions with the gents, etc; but not today, as she just wanted to talk. I'm afraid that I cannot remember her name, but she has been in the biz for quite a while, as we were reminiscing on the days of GOOD stage shows (ie: when the ladies actually DANCED and engaged the audience), table dances (when ladies made more than they did in the CR), etc. We parted ways on a good note, with no promises made, which brings me to the next lady... Within seconds of her leaving, another lady asked if she could join me for a drink (on her dime, at least). Two things set off my radar right away: the feeling of being the chunk of meat for the circling sharks, and the fact that her breath smelled like a two-foot-deep ash-can. Ladies, if you smoke, PLEASE chew gum, use breath mints, spray, mouth wash and gargle, etc., as it is THE BIGGEST TURN-OFF for non-smokers there is (more so than skid marks on underwear or tampon strings, BOTH of which I have encountered in a CR, once on the same girl). She was an extremely nice east-coast lady, but she did not stop talking for what seemed like 30 minutes. She finally asked me for a trip to the CR (with suggestions), and I told her "Maybe later". She went her own way after that. I was finally relaxed after the prior experience when a lovely ebony girl introduced herself (again, I cannot remember her name) and asked if she could join me. My answer was "Thank You!". as she was a) younger, b) a spinner, and c) smelled nice. We briefly talked and then went to the CR where much fun was had (VERY open-minded). After this, I needed another beer, so I grabbed on at the bar (I forgot to mention, bottles were at that time $4) and went to the "booth" area of the club, where I could lean back and relax. About ten minutes later, I was approached by the lady who was dancing when I entered the club, a very pretty, very sleek, long light-brown haired girl named Tasha . We chatted away for a few minutes, and then I asked her for a dance. Boy am I glad I did. Back into the CR we go. Tasha has a very fit body with a perfectly-sized (one hand per cheek) perky bum, and amazingly soft skin. Gentlemen (and Ladies), please treat this girl with the respect and devotion she deserves because she is so damned sweet! Tasha only works days Mon-Fri at Taboo, so I can see some people taking "personal" days in the future in order to see her... ;) Remember the lady who wouldn't shut up? Well, after my dances with Tasha, I returned to the booth I had been sitting in, and she was sitting at the far wall. She looks over to ma and says: "You look pretty worn out. Too bad you missed out on the best thing in this bar - me", then stalked away in a huff. She just assured the fact that I will never speak to, never mind get a dance from, her ever. Good thing there are many reasons for going back to Taboo in the future. I made sure that the ladies that took the time to talk to me knew what she said, and that it was NOT the reason I was leaving. Sometimes you have to take the bad with the good; in this case - it wasn't too bad, and it was, indeed, VERY good... :p
