Just a thought Dummpy. What about creating a Social Group here on Cerb that you could post the email addresses of the perpetrators for all to see. Basically it would become a database of perps. Cerb nor it's members do not need slanderous individuals and whatever we can do to rectify the problem - Lets do it.

S_A I find it best to make some form of contact around a couple of hours prior to the set rendezvous time just to keep it fresh on providers mind. If one thing that I have learned in this hobby, it's in your best interest to have a back up plan. To take the time to create a lovely environment for your encounter why waste it.
