I recently called a well known Agency and they said we have ----- available at this time at this hotel, I said OK. I arrive 5 mins early and call agency to find out which room but I cannot get through to agency for about 25 mins when I finally do get through I was told sorry our cell phone ran out of minutes and she had to top it up.
