I listen to a lot of things but I don't think my favorite radio station that I listen to in my car would suffice while spending time with a gentleman. lol. I may be in the minority as well but I find emails to be a waste of time for me because there are a lot of people out there with TOO much time on their hands and will try to waste the lady's time. I know it's just a matter of hitting a delete button but it's another method aside from text and phone that I would have to deal with. I don't require references and to each their own but I solely rely on my intuition. I will gauge it with a text first and can immediately tell by their correspondence. Plus, I primarily book same day appts which I like doing so there's really no point in me using email. If I feel comfortable enough to consider meeting them just based on how they introduced themselves and that they weren't rude, I will ask to speak to them. You can gain a lot of insight by just speaking to someone and I'm highly intuitive. Many times I have excused myself from the phone and said I wasn't available because even though they sounded okay, I felt something was off. My intuition was telling me no. It never lies and this is what I completely go on. It's as though I know in 20 seconds by phone whether I want to meet them or not.

Thanks Cinelli. It's nice to hear success stories from other low carbers. :) The only difficulty I have now is I've been in my bed since 11:45 and I have wayyyy too much energy. Caffeine and exercise were halted before 2 pm. Ahhhh!!!! I just want to go to sleep. I feel like I could literally jump out of my own skin right about now! Sometimes it's too much with all this energy but I'm finding I can function very well on 6 hours sleep. I have to remedy this somehow because I find I dont go into a deep sleep anymore. have lost 13 lbs on Atkins in about 27 days without any slip ups at all. Yup i went ahead and weighed myself when i didnt plan on it until my birthday. While this is a small feat, I need to do more cardio but cannot have an adrenal crash if I really kick it. I'm also looking into hcg 2.0 diet to take off some more weight safely in 40 days and resume Atkins once I'm done.</p> With low carb and no sugar, I feel like I could go run a marathon with all the energy I have now and the recipes are amazing! It really feels as though I could do this as a lifestyle now. I dont miss the exhausted feeling after eating sugar or carbs and my high energy levels keep me motivated to stay on track.

I dont see anything wrong with that but I must say this did happen to me last year. I met a client who claims I looked exactly lie like a certain girl he had met 15 years ago. She was a waitress. It was weird he kept asking if I was her because her and I would around the same age. Its nice to meet someone who looks a lot like someone a person had a thing for in the past but he kept referring to the this woman and it got to be very uncomfortable after a while.
