I went to bed thinking of Tom last night and said some prayers for him as I fell asleep. I woke up with a white feather attached to my elbow. I know he is in a good place. Heaven has a new angel. :)

The two brothers who have since passed and were my pets for 15 and 17 years. Not a day goes by that I don't miss them but still feel their presence around. Big red is still alive and well at the age of 7 but very lonely!

I met Tom once and he was a very charismatic man full of life. Although he has stepped over into into the non-physical ( I dont use the word death because I believe we are all eternal beings) I will raise a toast to celebrate his life and the man that he was. Watching Suits and writing new ads.

Just got home...was out changing a flat tire on the side of the road after doing groceries. Before I knew it, a nice gentleman stopped to ask if I needed help. I was pretty much done ( being single with no man around has made me more self sufficient with these sorts of things) and asked if I was sure. As I was leaving, I noticed he left his business card on my windshield wiper. I don't know if it was the sight of a long haired blonde with tight yoga pants and bending over on the side of the road made him stop or just trying to help or both but I did appreciate him stopping. The good outweighs the bad by far. I've met men and some have no social skills, no awareness of boundaries or those who come across as rude and attempting to be condescending by looking down on ladies. I just look at them and shake my head because those who act this way don't know any better and I truly feel sorry for them. It's THEIR issue! If someone is really pushing it, I show them the door. Someguy, Aww I'm really sorry to hear about your family dog passing away. He knows he lived a good life with you and that's the most important and he passed in dignity surrounded with those who loved him. Having been there twice, once having my cat die in my arms and then having to put down his brother exactly 2 years later at the vet, I feel your pain and sorrow. It never is easy but he did live a good life with you and your family. They are never truly gone tho. He will always be near you. You may begin to sense him around the house and interesting things may happen. My cat used to jump on the kitchen table and knock things over. About a year after he was gone, a plate fell off the table but didn't break. I believe it was him then again I experience a lot of paranormal activity all the time. The pain never truly goes away. These pets always provide unconditional love and become like another family member. I miss my pets everyday and cry sometimes when thinking about them but they often visit me in my dreams and that makes me feel better. Many hugs to you Someguy! xo

It hasn't been easy for anyone lately but definitely thank-you to regular clients! You are the ones who help pay the bills and keep a roof over our heads. So thank-you. I know I appreciate ALL my regulars. Imo this new law didn't change anything. Gas prices indicate something else going on BUT January always is a slow month as far as I can remember. I'm just riding it out, change up a few things within my business to accommodate for what is going on and keep a positive outlook. I've said before that stress and worry cause resistance and keeps us from allowing what we really want to come through and that is more great clients, being able to pay the bills and have something extra. Worrying to me is just an exercise in futility. Things will get better! I do a lot of meditation for financial abundance and just being abundant in general. The biggest thing is to believe it will happen and actually allow it to come to us. Worry and fear stands in the way of this. I find just being in a positive state allows the phone to ring more. Imo what I put out there is what I'm going to attract. Love and Light!

I don't even wonder anymore why some men or anyone for that matter as to why they do what they do. Especially in this business. If I constantly wondered, I'd go crazy. I don't even believe in really wanting to know "why" because it doesn't affect me. And I don't let it get to the point where it will affect me. Call me ignorant I guess. I'm living in my own little world. lol. I look at it this way, if someone says for example they're going to call and they don't, I don't bother. Their loss. I was no showed recently and was expecting a confirmation call and didn't get it so I rolled over and went back to sleep. Because I couldn't give a s**t, another client was calling me an hour later anyways and we had a great time. My feeling was it wasn't going to happen anyways. I'm very good with my sixth sense that way. No flies off my back because people are responsible for themselves. I wasn't getting ready anyways until I heard from them an hour before so who cares. I'm responsible for myself and if someone doesn't do something, that's their problem. The universe provides me with other clients who want to come see me. I can't even be bothered to get mad or upset at why people do things. I never count on clients until they have met me behind closed doors and all is well. Life happens and I can only depend on myself. Doing so, serves me well. Becoming ornery about it for me is just a waste of time. I've learned to focus my attention elsewhere. Never expect a person to meet your expectations. They never will in most cases or how one envisions it. If people want to be fools and say and do things and don't rise to the occasion, let them be. It's no reflection on the other person they say it to. It's within themselves. Sorry if this didn't answer your question Christy but I thought I'd give my nickel's worth on the subject. We never fully understand other people's reasoning for what they do and for me personally, I don't even want to understand why. Like Il Re, "Who gives a shit" has changed my outlook on a lot of things like why people behave the way they do. I live in more of a state of ignorant bliss where I'm happy and happy with myself. It's their problem, not yours.

Slapping myself in the head!! Was writing something for a course I'm taking and had to publish it on a website. Next thing I know the plug became removed from the side of the laptop. Although my browser restored the windows I had open, the information on the website page is gone because it didn't get saved on the website itself.
