Took a chance on telling someone about something of interest to me that I don't normally tell people. It was well received. I'm glad there are certain people you can tell things to without being judged. :)

The people I deal with are cool and have known them for 15 years or so. That's how long I've had the same stylist for. On the night of the past social, I wanted to get a wash and hair dry done... My usual stylist is always booked months in advance so I picked my next go to person who does this for me on special occasions. She was going through a difficult time and asked for my advice on certain things ( mostly spiritual and meditative type healing that has changed my life forever now in the most positive way and a lot of people have been asking me about this) while helping her deal with some things and how to go about it. She really appreciated it and when went I went back 3 weeks later to get my hair highlighted, she was very happy and seemed in a much better place. So imo you get what you give and it makes the time go A LOT quicker! lol However, if it's someone I don't know, I go very general with subjects. I don't like the 20/20 route some stylists go down or anyone for that matter.

The "Momager" knows how to keep her daughters in the spotlight. I am sort of in mystified towards that family where their business sense and as a reality tv dynasty type image are concerned but their only talent is knowing how to keep themselves in the spotlight. Including Kim K. Now if I can stop dreaming in my sleep once a month about spending time with this entire family ( I have no idea why and would not want to be them), I will be happy!

Go to chatr wireless and tell them you need sim card for your nephew and they will ask you want name you want it under. This is what they asked me. It does not show up on caller id either. Then you can buy the phone card at the gas station monthly. It's very easy.

When you're worried and stressed out, you are only causing resistance in making it worse with what you really want. I firmly believe in the law of attraction. The vibes you send out to the universe is what it will send back to you. Courtesy of Abraham Hicks. It has taken me a long time to change my patterns of thinking especially with stress. I've made some very big life changes and for the better and also in changing how I approach certain people, situations or events. In addition to this, my own thoughts which is the most important. I now catch myself if I find myself using the words, "can't", "don't", "not" "want", "I need", "I wish I could", "but" and rephrase the way I speak and think. I also notice people interact with me differently now. Complete strangers I pass in the store or a store clerk I see at the grocery store every week whose lack customer service skills in the past have now become more engaging. Nothing is perfect and life will always cause emotional turmoil, worry and stress and while you can't control certain people, events or any sort of life crisis, you will ALWAYS have the ability to control how YOU feel.

My brother used to come home after working all day at a physical labor type job. Old spice deorderant and body odor does not mix well together!! Told him he better get rid of that crap to which he did. Now he is always concerned about how he smells because he is very good at picking up women. lol.

Paranormal activity. Good thing *I* no longer live there anymore. lol

No kissing feels weird except if it's a massage session. I'm definitely a kisser and a damn good one too! lol No kissing to me or a kiss on the cheek upon greeting is like someone letting you have only one potato chip and not another. I swear I am telepathic. I thought about of one of my regular clients earlier today who I haven't seen because of holidays and such and then they called. This happens a lot! Yay! I always likes when they come to see me because they are always happy. Always puts me in a good mood. :)

When it's shark week, I will only see massage clients because the session is focused on them only but it's not even a week. Just 3 days now. I find the few days before ( the PMS) to be the worst for trying to feel good in general. That's when I'm bitchy and don't want to see anyone but I'm certainly friskier so that's when good porn comes in hand when I'm by myself. It arrived once before a client came over and I was going to cancel but they still wanted to come over. It didn't bother them but a sponge helped to take away the messiness and we had a really good time.. I just prefer not to see escorting clients during that time because I sometimes feel out of sorts and blah anyways. Those 3 days I consider my vacation days for the month and are spent doing whatever the hell I feel like.

I used a few adaptogens to help lower cortisol ( the stress horomone) that was wreaking havoc with my horomones and causing me to be very tired for no reason at one point in my life. Since using them and changing my lifestyle to one that has slowed down considerably, it has helped immensely and I no longer feel exhausted or feel like a crying pregnant woman. At one point, that's how it felt but it was all just an imbalance of horomones. We as women have do deal with all that crap. lol. Although they say this is years in the making, so many people are walking around out there and don't know what's wrong with them till serious exhaustion hits them one day. Caffeine is used everyday to help people get by but it actually makes the adrenals worse because it's a stimulant but I'm not one to talk because I used to do the exact same thing! Doctors never wanted to address it as adrenal fatigue ( it's not a 'real' health problem to many of them) but with all the reading and having saliva testing done to test my horomone levels, it all had to do with the adrenals. With plenty of rest, a serious drop in stress and saying no to others, little to no caffeine ( that was a hard one!), vitamins and herbs, I now feel more like myself again. I also went to see a naturopath to address these issues. The following adaptogens I used that really helped with my energy were Ashwaganda Holy Basil Ginseng Astragalus Rhodiola Others I used to help the adrenals were magnesium vitamin c ( also great when in need of some quick energy) b5 - Pantothenic acid Maca ( it can balance horomones but can vary in people where it could also act as a stimulant which isn't good for adrenals) There are so many others I take everyday like htp-5, b6, b 12 for mood but these were the ones that helped me considerably.
