For me to have a big load or one with a Peter North trajectory there needs to be a pretty long interval since I last came. The prescription drug Imovane/Zopiclone has relatively few side-effects and shouldn't leave you excessively drowsy in the morning. When I was 7 or 8 I had to kneel down next to the bed and say my prayers (maybe it was a whole rosary) before getting into bed.
