In view we bring most of perceived stress and worry onto ourselves. Years ago after a string of deaths of my mother, grandmother and aunt within 60 days of each other I would suffer major anxiety attacks. I'd wake up in the middle of the night in a panic state and felt compelled to either fight or flight, the more I fought them them the worst they got. After a particularly bad one I realized that fighting them wasn't working for me so instead I decided embraced them and when they happened ride them out. I had learnt that no matter how hard they were, they would inevitably end. Once I embraced them, I became less and less panicked when they occurred to a point that when it happens now which is extremely rare and I can easily self talk my way out of them. In the end it is mind over matter...I decided not to mind so it no longer matters. Peace MG

I'm lucky and have a very flexible schedule so I'm literally right from the shower to visit. Don't smoke after the shower, fresh laundered cloths, freshly shaven and brushed teeth and if I wear a cologne or unscented deodorant one will need to be right on top of me..... to discern it at all. This is one of the reasons I ask very few questions about services offered by a provider. It's a chemistry thing more than anything else for me. If I get there's the right feel going in then nature will take its course. Whether I end up with extra time or provided with a service that's not advertised then that's between us. And oddly I tend to be the clock watcher and not the other way around. Peace MG

I hand wash dishes and hate them piled up. Once a week I try to do everything that day wrong handed....shaving my head is challenging. I like to drive around aimlessly....have made some great discoveries though. I am a meat expert and I'm a little weird about it and talk about its properties the way some talk about wine.
