    Extrovert with a twist. I'm very at ease chatting and doing the small talk stuff. Any SP I've seen would say I'm relaxed, chatty and have no outward appearance of being shy. Now here's the twist,years ago my extroversion was used to covered up what I thought was my introversion.In reality it covered up my lack of confidence.I was the life of the party, always filled any silences.But I wasn't being true to me. Through meditation and introspection and spending time alone, I overcame my lack of confidence and self doubt.Now I can sit back and observe or join in but its for the right resaons.     Bald noggin, don't wear hats in the summer....enough said! Sunscreen is my friend. First thing out of the shower is sunscreen application. Odd thing is I've never had a better tan lol Peace MG

    A New Years Eve dinner function a few years ago with lots of people I didn't know. While scanning the menu a late arriving couple sat directly across from me and my SO. I looked up to introduce myself and low and behold a woman I had seen no more than 2-3 hours earlier was sitting right there. We all made small talk, it was an interesting evening to say the least. But fun!! Peace MG

    I don't have a cholesterol issue but I am 58 and had a stress test which I passed no problem. Even with good results the cardiologist involved recommended that I start using a statin. When I spoke with my GP about it he said they're some of the most dangerous class of drugs that he could presribe so we agreed that as long as my numbers were good why bother. So we didn't. Peace MG

    Teasing moi? I learnt not to fry bacon..naked..still have the scars :). Tonight cooked curry chicken and quinoa...while tweeting and reading about what human memory is or isn't, drinking beer and enjoying a bowl or two ;) The Pisces split personality thing going on. Peace MG
