If I were residing in Ottawa I'd meet you in a minute, primarily because of your clever, smart and funny posts. I am a sucker for clever, smart and funny women. That being said I like most others scope out albums, afteral we are men :). I have seen non-nude albums that are intriguing and also fully nude albums that aren't. I tend to particularly like black and whites with an artistic bent that demonstrate that some thought went into them whether nude, semi-nude or clothed. I think everyone is an individual and have their own comfort zone. Nothing sexier that a a pix of a happy confident women. Do what makes you feel that way and the rest really won't matter. Peace MG

I never wanted to be owned by my work and planned accordingly. Lived below our means and saved money as I would never be in a pension plan. Have one vehicle (nice one but purchased used) and live in a 100 year old 865 sq foot home with a huge garden that we recently updated. Not rich but very secure and live well and was able to take the last year off to oversee the reno and make a career change. We never gave a darn about keeping up with the Jones or anyone else. To me it's about priorities, I recognize quality and choose to buy less and buy better. I'm lucky and appreciate that I am. Peace MG

Value Village and Salvation Army Thrift Store have received a lot of my junk...oops treasures over the past 6 months. A major home reno required a de-clutter and de-clutter I did. I moved an elderly parent after 50 years in the same house and saw how little their stuff was valued or needed so I followed suit. It's quite freeing in a whole bunch a ways. For me spring is a time to re-visit all kinds of things, sort of like an annual review of most aspects of my life. Peace MG

As a younger person I was the classic avoider in my personal life and a confronter in my work life. So if I was given the silent treatment I would end of avoiding the situation or person and in some cases just moved on (hard to do with family). As I've gotten older and realize that life is so short, the oppostite seems to be happening. In my work life I've much more passive and less confrontational unless there is a very good reason and I'm no longer as passive in my personal life. I think it's important to let people know how their attitudes and actions affect me. If it's something I'm doing...please tell me, I may not be able to change what I've been doing but minimally I'll know why it's bothers the person and we might come to an understanding or truce. Getting people to open up can be extremely difficult for a variety of reasons. I'm excellent at it and though the spade work can be hard in the end it's been quite rewarding. If they're worth keeping, keep trying and if not you can at least know you tried. Peace MG

Got hired today in an senior excutive position for an industry that represents my third distinct and different career. Pretty cool! My Grade 12 has served me well. All kidding aside, I've been adaptable, open to change and at 58 still willing and eager to learn. Peace MG

I do like smart women. That being said there is book smart and there is life smart. And who am I to judge? If you are open to it you can learn something from every single person you meet no matter their background, education or profession. Heck, I've risen to the top of a couple companies in completely different indusrtries with a Grade 12 education. Of late I've been bringing Lindt Chocolate as a leave behind gift when visiting some one. Like it because it's disposable and doesn't require an explanation like flowers or something like that. One time I was so excited about a steak I'd seen I brought one... Peace MG
