MAs <--> SPs, and reco threads
cat replied to Phaedrus's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
The problem is the idea of "fairness". Who ever said life is fair or even should be? If a lady wants a second reco thread then pehaps she should put the effort in to make it happen by switching her services for a while. Our society has developed an unattainable ideal of "fair" which doesn't work in real life. When someone lives a different experience then the life results will be different so if an SP wants a second reco thread then the effort needs to be made to achieve it. The work involved in changing your services in tremendous both personally and financially and I don't see a problem with the extra effort providing a small payoff. To me this ideal falls into the same category as little league baseball today where no team loses and everyone gets a trophy... cat -
The arrangement is referred to in our industry as a retainer. I actually prefer retainers for a myriad of reasons. It does require trust on both parts but it is beneficial for both parties as well. It allows me to budget myself, gives my guests an elegant incentive and we are both happy playmates! For those new to the retainer system, I start with 4 sessions. The envelope needs to be in by the 15th of the month and we determine when they would like to schedule. Some guests come to visit quarterly, some once a month, some every two weeks and others are weekly. I prefer to have the requested dates on the envelope but if they can't plan that far ahead then they can book once their schedule allows. Retainer guests always get preferred booking in the event I have two requests. We also develop a closer emotional relationship which enhances the physical aspects of the arrangement. These are the guests I chose to socialize with when time allows and travel with as well when the opportunity arises. I have retainer guests that have been with me since I arrived in Canada and I would walk on broken glass if they needed me to because they have proven themselves worthy of my loyalty by consistently contributing to my life. Their wish is my command... cat

I love good quality fragrance of any make on a man but the smell of freshly washed skin is wonderful as well. What should be avoided is bathing in any kind of fragrance in an attempt to cover up the fact that water didn't kiss the skin first. Subtle is best... cat

How to enter the work force?
cat replied to Studio 110 by Sophia's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
An excellent way to reenter the workforce is thru temporary placement agencies. You can be employed by a temp service full time even when you don't always have a placement. Keep an outstanding track record with them and they will give reference for you when something permanent comes up. It also allows you to experience different work environments which gives you the opportunity to broaden your knowledge of what works for you and what doesn't. Most temps are either fresh out of school or women reentering the workforce after having children. It is flexible and most are networked nationally so you can look at positions in other cities as well as locally. cat -
I am looking for a licensed electrician for some light fixture and switch changes. Drop me a PM if you would like to give a girl a hand and be amply compensated in a delightful way... cat Additional Comments: I have someone coming to take a look tomorrow with a couple of alternates in the event we can't coordinate schedules. If I am unable to get the work done, I will update immediately! Thank you to all who responded! smiles, cat

Personal Relationships and Services
cat replied to The General's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
When I am in a relationship the service level does not suffer but my availability certainly does. It is difficult to book an appointment knowing I am disappointing someone I care about by cancelling plans with them. But once the door opens...it's SHOWTIME! In for a penny, in for a pound... cat -
I agree, accepting the offer only to ensure the evening is paid for is reprehensible. It would be a distinct waste of an evening for me and the man, to spend it with someone I didn't find interesting or enjoy getting to know. I can always pay my own way and will do so if all that is out there are trolls or drones. The exchange needs to be mutual. If down the road if the acquaintance wants to move the relationship into a physical realm, then he can book an appointment to come and play. That does happen and those relationships are often far more fulfilling because there is already a genuine connection established beforehand. cat

I can say with all honesty, I've never had sex with a gentleman after a night out on the town that he paid for. I can walk out my front door any given night without a plan, find someone to buy me dinner, drinks with perhaps dancing or seeing a performance to follow but I don't go home with them. Ever. Strange for free never works out well for me, I prefer clear and concise expectation and outcomes... cat

After reading Amelia M's thread for "Our first posts" it made me think of the huge amount of posts on this site that are not only entertaining and informative but for me some have been life changing. I have had "Ah ha!" moments, times of personal reflection and some real soul searching prompted by what others have written and I'm sure I'm not alone. I've read posts that made me laugh until I cried and some that gave me the opportunity to let the tears flow and just be a human being for a moment. Let's go surfing thru our collective past and find the gems that still gleam gold and consolidate them into one thread... cat

My first post was April 16, 2008 and it was back when we could post on our own Recommedation Threads! I guess I have always been a little wordy... "Thank you both so much! I appreciate the delicate way in which these compliments were paid; I know that posting a review can be a challenge if you try to keep it tasteful. As many of you know, when I first encountered the review boards I was shocked that so much information was given, but after reading the posts I realized the intention is good. I don't have a DO NOT REVIEW; I prefer the acronym DNRD, DO NOT REVEAL DETAILS. I also realize how valuable these boards are to the guests who use the services of companions. It has always disgusted me when I heard stories of the types of cons and rip-offs that go on, and that there was no professional accountability on the side of the SP's, and I am glad there is somewhere to go to do the necessary research to protect your hard earned dollar, and ensure you have a good experience. I would not have a problem with a post that suggested ways to improve my service. I enjoy the comments the members make, and have found many gems that have been added to my already extensive list of games. As antlerman so kindly pointed out, I am not a spring chicken, and thank goodness for that! Playtime has improved exponentially with the passing of time, and I have more fun now than I would have ever imagined. Once again gentlemen, thanks..." cat

I didn't realize that there are providers out there who didn't like toys! Is that even an option with this career choice? cat

If the area has a biker presence, LE may have been there for other reasons. I live in a very good area but have a subsidized building on an neighboring block. There is often police vehicles parked on our shared street and guests walking to my building see them immediately. Fortunately none have bailed because of it. A simple phone call to the location will answer your question if you know the voice on the other end. If they don't answer, give it a day and try again. They won't answer if something is amiss... cat

The key with melatonin is to take it about an hour before bed. Dim the lights, turn off the tv and computer then do something quiet. Also look at your dosage. I take 20mgs per night as my doctor prescribed but if I wake up too early, I will decrease the dosage by 5mgs for a couple of days. It does not work like sleeping pills, increasing the dosage will make you sleep less, not more. HTP5 crosses the blood brain barrier more readily than melatonin but works differently. I have at times taken both on the recommendation of my doctor. It depends on what else is going on in my body and my current stress levels. He suggested I take both regularly if I find it beneficial. I have a sleepy time routine that is really helpful and if it is changed, I don't fall asleep as quickly. Good sex just before my bedtime shower helps exceedingly well... cat

To all you allergy sufferers
cat replied to Meg O'Ryan's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I started using a nasal rinse bottle in the shower daily a couple of years ago and my allergies have all but disappeared. I occasionally get a couple of sneezes and sometimes I find my eyes dry but that is the full extent of it. I find it's not as effective if I use it over the sink, I think the steam of the shower helps the effectiveness. I felt results immediately when I started using it and I haven't had congestion of any sort either in winter or summer since the summer of '09. It took me a couple of weeks to get use to the sensations but now I don't feel "completely showered" if I don't use it daily. It's worth the small investment... cat -
For new or less new guys...Expectations
cat replied to VictoriaJolie's topic in New to this? Things you should know...
The problem comes tho when a man is doing his "research" by reading reviews etc. It's important to remember that providers are not blow up dolls, just because someone else got A,B and C doesn't mean it's going to be on the menu for you. The problem is when guys ask for services upfront without knowing us. Having an anal probe the size of my forearm on the first visit isn't happening but you would be amazed at how many do ask or worse yet just try without asking during the first visit. They read reviews without knowing the history of the SP and the client; assuming she's going to be exactly like that with them. Always remember these are real people and some reviews aren't so real situations... cat -
For new or less new guys...Expectations
cat replied to VictoriaJolie's topic in New to this? Things you should know...
Miss Victoria, You of all people have nothing to prove! You are extraordinary in your very being and anyone who questions that is, without a doubt, unworthy of you in any capacity. I agree with backrubman that the art of seduction is indeed forgotten and sorely missed. It is why my minimum visit is 2 hours. The first part is a "get to know you" and if we don't click, my guest leaves with his $, my best wishes and recommendations of someone more to his liking. I don't want to play if it isn't "right" for both of us. I can always tell if he's not into me and I certainly know when the chemistry is wrong. No amount of $ makes that situation worthwhile. cat -
While the intention of the inquiry is understandable, the service itself carries with it a justifiable stigma as a high risk activity. Even if a provider chooses to offer it at her discretion, my guess is that most wouldn't want it advertised in a public thread. The few providers who advertise for it cater to a distinct client base. Even though CERB is an open board, many prefer not see or be seen as a "cum bucket" which is the traditional derogatory slang for FS providers who offer such services. I think this is why there was a perceived "tone" to some responses. To each their own in my eyes, it can't hurt to ask; but when asking be prepared for responses you may not feel useful. cat

My fear has never been what will happen federally, new laws will be written. The real threat will come provincially and municipally. We will be relegated to commercial/industrial areas unless it is written into federal law otherwise. I have always felt that pointing out a problem without offering a solution is the most dangerous move when it comes to change. Everyone can see the issue but no one wants to take the time craft the solution. I believe that it is a tactical error to force those with no vested interest to make life altering decision for others. There needs to be a plan presented that works for us. If not, we will reap what is sown instead of what we wanted to plant. cat

Transgender Miss Universe Canada contestant disqualified
cat replied to etasman2000's topic in In the news
Trying to define what makes a person's sex is like trying to define when a fetus becomes a life. There is no definitive answer. Where does it end? I don't care! In reality there is no end. Continuing to try and put people in neat little boxes doesn't work; never has worked and never will work. This kind of discrimination supports and promotes stereotypes and of all the people in this world, the members of this board should realize that stereotypes are unicorns; mythical beasts that don't exist. Coming from the land where tiara triumphs reign supreme, I find this insane. IT'S A BEAUTY CONTEST FFS!!!! She is a stunner regardless of what gentalia she was born with and I'd buy her dinner in a heartbeat... cat -
Early morning attire?
cat replied to Studio 110 by Sophia's topic in Escort Discussion for New Brunswick
It always depends on the guest. If they have a preference then that is what I go with. It makes it easier in the early hours if I don't have to think very much. I start as early as 5am and my favorite guests are those I can jump out of the shower and open the door with lip gloss, wet hair and a towel only. If it's a little later then I will wear a sarong or a vintage slip with stockings and mules which I love! What I choose to wear can be influenced by my mood, the weather or if I've had time for a coffee. Coffee helps with getting the garters to work properly and ensures I have matching shoes on. I have actually opened the door with mismatched shoes before I've been completely awake so that's always a concern in the uncivilized hours before 9am. The beauty of that time of day is that it can be soooo delightfully uncivilized... cat -

A mans physical appearance is unimportant to me as long as he is clean and walks thru my door with his head in the right place. I have a tendancy to prefer my men a little on the "thick" side but it doesn't impact my enjoyment of the time together if they are tall and slim or overly robust as long as they show up with the intent of having a good time. Attitude is key... cat
