    Lately I have been having very weird dreams - dreams that just don't make sense. I wake up and I wonder - what the hell was that all about?? A couple of weeks ago I was being chased by a strange man who had one eye in the middle of his forehead and he was trying to shoot me. I woke up in a start and sat up in my bed and looked around to see if he was in my room. Reminded me of the horror movie (cannot remember the name) where the killer comes out of the dream. Then I had another dream where I was in an open field and thousands of horses were stampeding towards me and I started running away. Just as they get close to me I wake up. I have not had a great hot sex dream in a long time! Why can't I dream about two swedish stewardesses or having sex on the beach etc!! I suspect the strange dreams have something to do with my stress at work. I find it strange though that I dream about things that are not possible or just don't make sense. The mind is a complicated place!!

    I have used a web cam service on occasion. I work from home quite often and cannot escape during the day for a massage any more so sometimes I do a cam 2 cam session. They can be fun if you get the right person on the other end. There are no shortage of sites out there and now with HD the quality is pretty good. I find it fun when it is interactive - both sides can see and hear each other. Keeps your hands free for other things! :) But I sometimes wonder about how secure it is. Don't do it often as I much much prefer the real touch of one of the lovely Ottawa massage ladies. But in a pinch on a cold frosty day when you are stuck on conference calls all day and you have a short break it works for me.

    I like to do the plank on the massage table!! lol For me it is all about keeping active. I don't play as many sports as I use to so I try to go for a walk each day around noon to get some fresh air. Then ideally I like to get to the gym 3-4 times a week and do either a fitness class (I actually like the Bodypump class) or a spinning session or if the weight area is not busy then I will do my own workout. I love to cook, bake and eat so my biggest challenge is limiting my intake to less than my workouts! Bottom line - if you burn more calories than you consume then that is a good thing. :)

    Wow - I am floored. Vitto is a beautiful person inside and out and is one of the friendliest, upbeat and positive ladies on this board. For those who have seen her on cam in chat you know she is always smiling and I love her laugh. I can attest that all her pictures are real and accurate and they certainly don't do her personality justice. Vitto you are beautiful in so many ways! You will be hard pressed to find a nicer lady! Booooo to the person who made such allegations!!

    Yup have to agree with all of the above. Vitto is one sexy, sensuous and beautiful lady. Class act all the way. She really knows how to get my motor running and I would love to just snuggle under a blanket and cuddle with her all day - she is a sweetheart!

    My pick was Detroit but I have to admit I was shocked last night with how Verlander pitched. He got rocked big time, he looked quite shaky! But all credit to San Fran - they played great. Love the crowds there too! Way to go Panda - three consecutive home runs is quite the feat! He only hit 12 all season and now he has 6 in the post season. Could be an interesting series.

    I usually hang my towel on my erect towel rack! Sorry could not resist! A smile and a towel around the waist. Feel too neked and exposed just walking out for my massage or session totally neked. Now if the SP/MA is in the shower with me then that is a different story. Then I come out of the shower with them on me :)

    Great post. For me: - Welcome hug and kiss (especially on return visits) - slowly undressing each other while making out - showers or bubble bath together - lots of foreplay, kissing, caressing etc - no need to rush - whispering naughty things in each others ears - sharing a drink (wine or drink of choice) and maybe a small snack (cheese and crackers, etc) - lots of eye contact - snuggling and chatting afterwards to me it is more about the person, the intimacy, and connection. Hot sex is great too of course! Oh, and having a few laughs!

    hmmm where to start. I agree that you don't need official designated days to recognize the loved ones in your life (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Family Day ....) but I do love taking the time, buying the mushy card and setting aside the day to cherish loved ones. I find that life is sooo busy and goes by so fast that if I did not have these days in my calendar I might not take the time to cook a special meal for my mom, or take my dad fishing, or spend time with my family. Right now it is the expression and excitement in my 8 year old daughter that makes these days special. To see her face on Christmas or watch her make homemade Valentines cards for the kids in her class or best when she comes home and gives me the card that she spent all afternoon making - melts my heart. Ya, the stores and malls are full of crap and they want to sell you stuff but it is those special moments that make the days. I have had my ups and downs, divorce, death in family etc so I have come to realize life is short and you should enjoy life to the fullest as best you can!

    lol! Well I do also have some of their exercise shirts - got them on sale in Vancouver last year and they are great too. Not sure I would classify myself as a lulu ho but they do make great stuff for men too. Whenever I jog past a lovely lady on the canal wearing lulu pants or shorts I look to the heavens and state "there is a god!" - I just love how they sculpt a ladies tush!
