Carlos, I am sorry you had a late appt, It's never happened to me because I "eat out" instead of "order in" ;). I wouldn't blame PK, sometimes shit just happens (beyond their control) and things are late that's the nature of any business especially one as busy as they are. If you weren't happy you should have made it known there and then (that's what I would have done). Better luck next time.
