Greg.... Not sure where you are coming from.... but just a heads-up.... don't expect Full Service from any of the MPs here in Ottawa. It certainly is available, but not at most of our best spots.... Downtown, you have many options -- As already mentioned Megan's Massage and Bethany's Massage are both downtown... However, you will find lots more -- Jade Spa on Bank, Top Massage on Bank, as well as Acqua Spa (just west of downtown on Booth Street)... Studio 3000 on Cooper as well. Can be hit and miss.. but mostly hit... Hope you have a good time here in the Nation's Capital, and hope you write a review of your adventures...(sorry i mean write a "recommendation" of your adventures)...

BootyLovin...not sure about the tone of your post...but i really hope you are kidding.... sometimes hard to tell the tone of a post online. but really, i find it hard to beleive you don't like where this is heading. this has been a very long, arduous struggle... and it is nowhere near over. if you somehow think that taxation (whatever sort you are referring to) is worse than the current situation, then you need to give your head a shake. just my opinion.

Hey LT (interesting choice of handle...) but you are very correct. BodyCare used to be talked about on all boards frequently. Reviews, recommendations, discussions..... But now that you mention it, I haven't heard a word in a few years. And I will admit, I haven't been in years as well. I wonder if Rosa, Emily and crew are still there? I really liked Sarah (Samira), and BodyCare was the first place I ever met Taylor...aka Taylor Monroe...

For true "west end" there are Relax and Enjoy who are very postively reviewed. Also Luna in the Brittania area (caveat -- research who you see). Also Paradise in Bell's Corners have been around for a while, though rarely reviewed....

I didn't realize she had a profile on here! I would have checked it out for sure.... Didn't know that the A.L.O. attendants were on the board here. Would be nice if they all were!! But thanks again for your info!

I have yet to hear a negative thing about CMJ (even on the "other" board). Day in - day out - its top quality environment, top quality attendants, and top quality service. A bit more expensive, but this is truly a case of "you get what you pay for". You will not be disappointed.

As the creator of the ALO spreadsheet, you guys know I have a soft spot for this place (places)... Any chance we as hobbiests can get a bit more info??? Age? Height? Weight? Spinner? Firm massage? Light massage? Hair colour? Length? Cup size? Tattoos? Piercings? Teasing? Please throw a dog a bone...(boner?)... Thanks!

With Mmad and the welcome to Relax and Enjoy and glad that they have appeared on the scene. It is a clean, cozy, nice atmosphere, with a seriously great shower. I really like clean, crisp towels, and they provide. Care seems to be taken with the choice of employees...it's almost like an all-star game -- the best from Acqua, Kay's, Magic Hands, etc etc mysteriously seem to appear here. I have only been 3 times, but plan to repeat. Nice location, lots of parking around. Wow, that sounds like my shilliest (not silliest) post ever. Wasn't meant to be. Must be the long weekend. I think you guys know I don't shill. Just tell it like it is -- promote the good MPs and keep silent about the bad. (at least on this board).

If you want a different experience -- Club CMJ is only a Hop, Skip, and Pump away from the airport. If you have never been, it is a great time.

Vulcan I like your style.... As with everything it is a very personal choice. But for me, I can't stand the "waterfall, ocean, seagull, thunderstorm, rainfall, chanting" type relaxation music. Drives me crazy! I had a couple of sesssions long ago at Acqua where the MPA put on her favorite hip-hop compilation (I am not even a huge fan) but she got so into it, the sessions were fantastic! Another pet peeve is when it is the same music every time at the same MP. Change it up!!!

And both Michelle_MA and Michele's Masso have websites -- both are on the original list in the first post, so there should be no confusion. Michele's Masso is one of the Ottawa originals and has been around for a long time. Mostly positive feedback, good service and fair prices over the years. Michelle_MA is indie, and has only 100 percent positive reviews on all boards. Actually to my knowledge, I have never ever seen a negative review/pm/info on her at all.....

Great post Speedstick. I agree 100 percent with what you are saying. I avoid the bathrobe at all costs. If it is a place I have been to before and am comfortable, I will just wear the towel, as long as I see that it was taken from a fresh pile (usually neatly folded or rolled). I try to bring as little "stuff" as possible to a massage appointment. Ie - just cash, no credit cards, minimal ID, etc. I realize this is not always possible, but why risk it!? That being said, I would guess that the vast majority of places and attendants around town are honest. And that has been my experience so far, for the most part. As for Lindsay's note on the flipping of towels -- I can vouch as I have actually seen it with my own eyes at two establishments!!!! -- after we were finished and the attendant started to "clean up" while I was still in the room. Needless to say, those locations immediately landed on the FunJay No-Fly-Zone. As for establishments with no shower -- that is a non-starter. It is not fair to the attendant for sure, but the few times I tried a place with no shower, I actually felt uncomfortable! I am clean, well-groomed guy, but I was still worried I wasn't "clean enough"!!! Made for a less than ideal level of relaxation! I would have waited a day to come in, but now....not so sure....... 2. Dear xxxxx xxxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxx: When i show up at the door to see one of my favorite MPAs, please do not tell me that "We are only doing Duos tonight"....even after I call to verify who is working!! For me, the duos just aren't as good as a nice, sensual, single session, with my favorite. I realize business may not be that great, but please don't snooker me into taking a duo, when I really don't want to!! Other than that, I do like your establishment! 3. Dear xxxx xxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxx: I have had some good sessions at your place, but to the elderly woman who is either the owner or manager, please do not aproach me when I am leaving to verify how much I have paid, and almost chase me down the stairs! More than once! I have been there before, and am not ripping you off!! You scare me!! 4. Dear xxxxx xxxx xx xxxxxxx: Please answer your phone!! And please standardize your prices!! You are all over the map in terms of service provided, and price. Consistency is key. You are confusing me, and making me nervous.....and please try to be open during regular business hours..... 5. Dear xxxx xxxx xx xxx xxxxxxxx!! Please, let me know why you keep leaving the big jug of lotion between my legs when you leave the room!!! LOL. 6. To the 'other' attendant at xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxx last week: when I am finished my session with someone I have pre-booked and arranged with, please don't meet me in the lobby and hassle me regarding how I "was almost in there for one hour, and need to pay for the full hour". first of all, it wasn't a full hour, you even admitted so, so why charge me extra? Secondly, it is not your concern, i was booked with someone else, and yes, we did go over by 10 minutes, because I did take a shower while there. Mind your own business!! The crazy part is, I had a great time, but it is episodes like this that make my leery of going back!! 7. Dear xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, please let me know when there are two !! other gentlemen in the lobby sitting and waiting. I enjoy discretion, and prefer not to bump into anyone on my way in or out!! I don't mind waiting in the room while people are accommodated!! (and ps, a shower would be nice!) 8. Dear xxx xxxx, stop advertising Russian and Irish and whatever other girls, if they are not actually there! If you only have Asian, then stick with it!! Don't make me come in for nothing!! 9. Dear xxx, thanks for existing..... :-) and your new location! 10. Dear xxx xxxx xxxxx: Don't announce to a full house - hair cuts, manicures, people waiting -- "Oh you must be here for \the massage/? she will be right with you... have a seat"....Then have a sultry, long-haired woman wearing the shortest-shorts ever made walk up to me, smile, and take me downstairs. (although to be fair, she was very very attractive).

Luna on Carling near Bayshore also..... can be hit and miss.... but some real gems.

Have to agree with Marco.... I do miss Peaches. She was incredible. I heard she has moved to Toronto, not sure if that is true. If she is still in Ottawa somewhere working, would love to know more! If she has moved on to TO, then I do wish her all the best.

At a place like Aqua there is usually only 1 person working, sometimes 2. If they are busy, usually the door will be locked, or there might be a sign saying 'busy -- come back in 30 minutes'. A walk in is a nice way to get some info, and see who is working, but once you find a favorite....always better to make an appointment!! Just my opinion...

Agreed Buggernot. There was something slightly off about that article. I feel there might be a hidden agenda of some sort. Ie-raising awareness in the media, hoping for a complaint or investigation..... Research into the author does not turn up anything to the contrary -- seems he has written a few other similar articles only. Nothing else. All I can say is that I have met 5 of CMJ's hostesses (including Jaz) over the past 4 years, and have NEVER been disappointed. It is a great place -- clean, stylish, discreet and always fun. I hope this is nothing but a blip on the radar, but I am a bit worried that this will (or already has) raised some red flags...

Ahhhhh, the mystery continues!! Thank you for the info. She is an enigma. I can't wait for the next chapter in the Suri t saga! Those who have seen her have nothing but amazing, positive, crazy and fun stories to share.... I hope she is doing well, having fun, and enjoying life.

I did notice a Suri has just started with the new Aphrodites group -- I have no idea if it is the same Suri -- there is an album of pics, which may help you. I have no idea what the original Suri looked like, only heard the amazing (legendary) stories.....
