Not only kids and pets but a spare blanket or some warm food for the homeless as well. There never seems to be enough room in the shelters this time of year.

My late aunt used to read me Tam O'Shanter and Halloween all the time growing up..imagine a 5 year old trying to understand ol Bobby..lol... I just remember asking her to read it again and again..lol ...she then read it to my sons. We inherited the book of his poetry and songs that was given to her in 1949 by her parents. nice memories.
