yes things are much different in the united states ....i have talked to a lawyer there about this and he told me any mention of sex is a no no. He told me rules about the phone and emails as well...so out of concern for my safety i wouldn't list anything. It has been my understanding that you could not list what services you do...i mean in doing so are you not admitting you are selling sex? A Lot of us have this on our site... Any money exchanged is simply for time and companionship, and in no way, shape, or form is contracted for any sexual activity. Anything else that may or may not occur is a matter of personal choice between me and my client, both of legal age. I do not know of, or practice any illegal activities and that those who view my website are of adult consenting age (21 and over). Calling/contacting me constitutes acceptance of these terms. or at least something similar to that. I sitting here very early in the morning 4:00am to be exact {i have just woken up}.....my phone rings{i forgot to turn it off} apparently someone has been trying to get a hold of me....out of my own stupidity i answer...the gent is a little pissed i think both ways...lol.... he says," are you awake?" me,"barley" he-"well your awake enough...i'm staying at the ******** downtown." me-"i do not work this early,sorry" he goes into a rant and insisting i'm awake so i'm awake enough to go to him and goes on and on...{remember i'm half asleep or i would have hung up faster} then he tells me to tell him who does...as if i know all the ladies...i suggest someone who i know works 24/7...then hes pissed because i don't know how to get hold of her....he starts going on and on about how i should be available blah blah blah....i hang up. My own fault for answering the phone...damn i'm to nice sometimes...lol the point is....do not answer the phone at 4:00am....remember to turn it off or you may get drunken weirdo's...hahaha

IMHO if you want to avoid seeing people that are drinking way to much or using drugs{i WON'T see either} you establish a good clientele and do not work late hours. I do not see Clients after 9pm unless i know them or they have references or are well known on this board. The appointments must be made in advance. Brothels and such unless they are well run and have a better system than the cattle line are insulting and demeaning. I think they are more meant for men that are only looking for the quickie...and don't much care who they get...as long as they get off...sorry but these kinds of places at least the ones i knew of here in Halifax just make me angry...and sad...i felt sorry for the ladies working there...knowing very well that they were not paid well or treated with much respect. How many that worked in these places are working now as an indie? Not many. why? probably because they don't know about how they should have been treated and paid. I have lived through the same thing for many years. I wanted to stay for my children's sake and did as long as i could take it. Then one very early morning almost 8 years ago i felt this overwhelming feeling....and i knew it was time to go. I awoke the boys and told them we were leaving.To my surprise my middle son stood and hugged me saying,"thanks mom". Although it wasn't easy and is still tough at times ... being a mom and a dad i have to say it was worth it. My boys and i have never been happier. They are still in contact with their dad of course but they always tell me i'm both...lol Staying for the sake of the children isn't in their best interest....i know your a man so things will certainly be different for the outcome....but think of both your children and your happiness.. kisses, Emma A

the ladies didn't get paid "good money" the agency took a very good percentage of what they made....example....they would charge 160 for an hour{can't remember exactly} and the lady would get maybe 80. I don't even think it was that much. so i say good thing for indies with in and out call....we are our own boss,we can say no to the gentlemen if we don't think were a right match...we can work when we want. The list goes on.

Haven't you boys heard of the saying,"if it seems to good to be true it usually is". Especially if your looking for a lady in the paper or places like kijjii. Some may be real but theses places are known for scams and bait and switch.
