I would just be careful and not try to transfer lost feelings onto the SP. Once intimacy is involved that can happen.

If I showed up to an SP and they wanted to meditate I would probably leave. If I was asked in advance I would decline. If sprung on me I would feel that my time was being wasted. Perhaps better suited for a MA as relaxtion would make sense. I prefer to talk with an Sp before hand especially if its the first time. Meditation, massages... is all un-necessary. A simple conversation I feel is usually the best.

Just as a note. I prefer to setup time on Cerb and follow up with a text. Calling is not easy as there is usually someone around to listen in. IF you know the person , texting to setup appointment is preferable for me. A text is silent, a voice is not.
