Hi girls, I am a special needs (Physically Disabled) client, looking for an independent provider in the east kootney area of B.C. So far, the nearest provider I've found is Calgary based, which is impractical because I don't drive. Nor can I fly because of cost, and hassles with airlines over my electric wheelchair.
