Natasha did start back last evening, as well she was doing some incalls so I do hope someone will start reviewing her. She is really an awesome individual. AS well her restrictions are slim to none..

It probably will take a few days for reviews to come in as she just started with us yesterday. However, she probably will be starting today to do incalls so you guys will have an Opportunity to TOFTT. One thing that she did mention is that she is extremely accomodating when it comes to service so bear that in mind.;)

Not all agencies are bad. I know which agency you are talking about and we had issues with this guy in the past. If you like seeing Indys thats totally great, but understand there are advantages to using agencies that are on the ball. This kind of stuff wouldn;t happen with us..

The part you are missing in the story is that he was grabbing th girls heads and pushing them down there, or maybe the part that he was biting them.. (not in a playful way). Appearently Nina was finishing her period.. (didn't know about that) so she should have been up front about it. As far as asking for Tips, well this is always at the ladies discretion. All we are responsible for is setting up appointments.. These ladies are basically independants with an answering service.. (us). This guy had not acted this way in the past( as far as we knew) otherwise he would have been blacklisted.. (which he is now) And as said in our previous post, we have dropped Brandy from our list as we have had too many issues with her so.. done and done..

Well FYI I spoke with Brandy this evening and as a result we will not be representing her any longer. Again this is only partly to complaints, but also due to another matter that I won;t be discussing publicly. But again going back to the last post here, the agency will always be the same. Ladies will always be hit and miss, this isn;t the agencies fault. They are people like you and I, and will have good and bad days. They will click with some and not with others. I also spoke with Nina, and appearently there were somethings that were really out of line with the fellow who started this thread. So much so that we will not be accepting him at this agency. Again, I am not allowed to discuss this in public but please know that he was no angel in this situation and most ladies would have asked him to leave due to his behaviour. And also know that we really enjoy Cerb members business, but understand that they only represent a very small percentage of this market. So for every review posted, good or bad, there are 50 clients seen (at least) as an agency that nothing will be said or written about either way. And when reviews are done the ladies are put under a microscope. Nobody looks good under a microscope. When you see good reviews, it is always nice but don;t expect the same outcome. The best advice is if you are interested in a lady, give her a shot. Don;t let someone persuade or dissuade you. YMMV is really the only thing that is ever for sure.

Again what needs to be said is that we as an agency cannot make any lady do what they don;t want to do with the client. From what I understand is there is more to this story as well, and seeing that we have to keep things "nice" or we get suspended for 7 days.. I can only say that we were not aware of Nina being on her period.. and secondly it is a YMMV situation for sure. You have to look at this agency as an answering service, not as their bosses.. There is never a guarantee of what kind of service you will recieve as that is very illegal and not right. WE are not their pimps.. we are contracted by the ladies.. we work for them. Obviously there seems to be a big difference in service between Nina that with Brandy. So let their service reflect on the ladies personally not on the agency.

She is actually a new face, and a very pretty one at that. I she is a very light skinned mulatto girl, who really is an awesome person as well. I think she will be a welcome exotic addition.

I would also like to ad that most of the problems we have had has been with Outcalls, to be honest. Sure you have an address and phone number but the ladies have no idea what they are walking into. Now as far as the Legal aspect goes, for those that think that outcalls are perfectly legal, they are... for the ladies. However if you are running an agency or even just a driver you are still technically "living off the avails" . All the LE needs is to scare a lady into rolling over on to you and you are done like dinner. The only busts in Ottawa that I have heard about have all come by way of outcalls. The call to a hotel is a set up, they arrest the driver and charge the driver and try to get him/her to turn the agency in.

Actually Chrystelle is formerly know as Angelica, and actually was taking calls from us as well this past week. I think she is gone back to MTL now though. She is a great girl, but Ottawa isn;t her home so she is not around too often.

Thanks Erica for the kind words.. I always appreciate the comments. And it is true guys there are good and bad points for both Agencies and Indys. One of the reasons that some do charge more is the fact that they have the cost of Ads on their shoulders. Also when they are with a client, they probably don;t have time to answer the phone so they do miss out on Opportunities. There is alot of competition right now so potential clients will just move on to the next ad until someone answers the phone. So in all fairness they have to make each call count. The other issue when dealing with Agencies is that they are at the mercy of the ladies as far as scheduling, as well as if you do end up with a "bad apple" your name can be really easily Tarnished. Where as Indys that aren;t reputable can turn around and change their names Weekly and continue their ways. Much harder to do that with an agency. Now Indys that have a good name like Erica, Alexxis, Heidi make the Indy circuit much more reputable for sure.

I can totally see the point that you just made kubrickfan. I really understand that. I encourage the ladies to jump on the board and read their reviews, and pay attention to the comments of the members...maybe that will make a difference. On the flip side...The clients will be told over the phone from now on IF a lady is sharing a room with another...and the client can make the decision if he feels comfortable going up there. Please note that not every girl will share a room..and most of them don't...they just hang out together in one room to keep each other company. CK I don't think you are bashing us at all. In fact, I welcome the advice and feedback, it helps us run a tighter ship. That being said....Apart from relaying feedback and trying to work out a functional system with the ladies...they will always do what they want to do..regardless. I understand that whatever the girls do has a direct reflection onto the agency...but honestly...over the past months...we have made significant changes to our protocol..changes that regular clients have been very happy with. The whole sharing the washroom/hotel room issue has been adressed with the ladies and now its up to them to make sure they make the appropriate steps to ensure professionalism with their clients. thank you.

Thank you. The girls don't share rooms unless it is a large suite with more than one room. As i said before they hang out together... The girls are aware of their appts, from that point on...they make their own choices. We cannot force them to do anything, and we don't ever try to control them. I guess I understand the point that it's awkward when a client arrives and there is more than one girl waiting in the room... Due to the fact that we have had attacks in the past...I think some of the girls feel more comfortable hanging out in the same rooms, for security reasons. I'm sure they do not mean any inconvenience to you!

I need to correct you. These girls for the most part don't share rooms...but they hang out in the same rooms so they don't get bored. In this case...Brandy and Britney had a 2 bedroom suite...2 actual bedrooms and living room and kitchen in this suite. There are no clusters of girls thrown in the same room to work..They book their own suites but hang out together ;)

k so here is the thing. These girls work out the same hotel most of the time...and since a lot of them are friends with each other now...they hang out in each other's rooms and chill out. The girls book their own rooms and sometimes 2 girls will share the same suite if there are 2 separate rooms in that suite. Nonetheless...yes they hang out together even if they have their own rooms on different floors of the same hotel...which happens often. We apologize for the inconvenience but they will hang out no matter what and be in each other's rooms...they just have to be more organized when they know they have an appt scheduled. All feedback is passed on to them.
