Hi there, I just wanted to respond to Rick falcon. No!! we do not have Chelsey working wiht us anymore. We are a clean, drug free agency and when we found out about her "extra-curricular" activities, we could not allow ourselves to be associated with her. We are all about providing safe, clean and discreet environments for our clientelle. That said, she is now working for Velvet Empire I think she answers the phones for those guys. Hi Guys, I just wanted to say thanks again for your business, and that we will continue to have beautiful and exciting ladies for you to meet and enjoy your company. I also wanted to point out that these ladies are all human, and this is their job. And like ALL of us, there are days when you are more into your job than others. Now when I hear of one review that is amazing and then one that is so-so, there are a few factors that come into play in this business. One is personal attraction between the client and the SP. Two; would be language barriers. We have a fair number of ethnic customers and sometimes there are miscomunications on both of our ends. And three; is personal hygiene. If a client is looking for intamacy he should do the bare minimum and shower before their visit. Most of our ladies insist that the client showers at their hotel/home before anything happens. Again I love this forum, it allows us all to talk frankly and I want to thank the Mod for using good judgement and being very objective. Cheers!! Jessica:rolleyes:

I would like the opportunity to reply to this warning/complaint, with complete and total honesty. This gentleman had called in that evening and had asked for an escort to come by his hotel room. He had some specific requests for a golden and brown shower. Our nighttime phone person had recommended a brand new girl that had just started that day. Our driver dropped her off, and she had supposedly did her call. About an hour and a half later this gentleman had called back claiming he had been "robbed". Now here's the problem we have with the story, this guy had been drinking with "the boys"... and it was obvious. secondly after talking to this girl,(who is no longer working with us) she claims that he was falling asleep from the minute she walked through the door, she took her money and then left shortly afterwards after seeing this Date was going nowhere fast. At this time in our opinion it was a he said, she said situation.. we have offered this gentleman a free call when he comes back to town and I think that was the best thing we could do considering that these ladies are all self employed and are not under our control. We do our best in these situations but lets face it in this industry there will be some bad apples. we did get rid of her, so that the possiblity for this to happen with her is not there regardless of whether she was guilty or not. As far as not getting back to the client immediately, well at 4am some of us are sleeping.. LOL however we did speak to the client the next day. thanks for letting us say our side of things

We will continue to keep the level of customer service as high as possible. As a side note, I have noticed that there is another independant SP working and is a member on this board named Veronica. We wanted to make it clear that she is not the same Veronica that works with us. Our Veronica is from Southern California. I don't have time to post all that on here. The online advertisement will be updated with new fresh pics of the girls and an upcoming website is in the works. Schedules are really not possible to say only because every girl books on and off daily, diff times, diff days, diff hours. So i can only tell you who is available when you call to book an appt unless i pre-book for you in advance. I can however, send pics over msn on the pink kitty msn, when i have time. thanks!

Thanks mod for your kind response. Although i do not have a lot of time to come online and check out the reviews and such, i thought it would be proper to address and comment on any issue involving my agency. I also run other agencies in the paper as well and i am trying to do everything right. I am currently working on revamping my internet add, since i have new girls, i need to update the site with clean, classy pics. I am super busy and have a lot of regular clients but if anyone has any ideas of what i can do to better serve the clients let me know. I am up for it all!!

Hey this is Jessica from pink kitty agency. I just want to address this complaint. It's important for me and my staff to provide excellent quality of serivce and safe environments for all clients. I am truly sorry to phenugreek for what he experienced with these girls and i want you to know that we are no longer working with these girls or using that location. I feel that it is important when using an agency that if you come accross a problem, or a situation that is unsafe, that you should call back the agency immediately instead of going through with the call. By doing this, you can avoid a lot of hassle and the agency can deal with the problem immediately, not after you leave and not after you have done the call. It is not always apparent that bad stuff is going on and we need to be told. I am working on changing protocol with this agency to ensure higher quality for the clients.
