I kept very close records for a few years and I was shocked at what I was spending, and it lead me to cut back on the hobby that was in 06/07... I am starting to get back to that amount of "disposible" income but the oppertunitys are less. Loki318

I probably have more "disposible cash" now than any other time in the hobby.. But that is over; well as over as it going to get we still keep in touch but I cant see her; and I have keep hobbying with some great experiances, so although that is part of it there is more. I have been through a couple of surgery's, down there, and I am slightly different and in a way better :) but that is also part of it..... I also have a new business interest that is keeping me close to "home" so ED may be right it may be just a hiatus but it is definately a decision time.... Maybe I am just starting to feel my age and it is time to slow down.... I just tried my BB Storm ... I am not in a 3G network here in the boonies so mega band width issues, i loged into the regular "red" version with pic's and flash and all ... I rarely use the browser on the phone ... have a little netbook for that .. and that is small enough. Loki

First of alll I as straight as an arrow but as adventurious as a wild Goat hehehe a horny Goat will try to fuck any thing and any species .... What are the "terrorsits" trying to do? ... blowing up planes is just the metod to their end goal with is causeing terror ! So every time we add a new machine, or new level of security to the system, that restricts our axcess to the system they win just a little more .. Every time there is a huge story on CNN ot BBC or CBC etcthat sends a wave of terror through the "civilized" world the win a little more... No I dont think we need to just let them take over either but as has beem mentioned the commonsence factor seems to be missing... In the many years I have been hobbying my first Rule was and has always been Not In My Backyard ! but then my back yard, (comunity) is so "small" in more way than one :) In a comunity of less than 3000 ppl not only do you know every one but they know you and how much ass wipe you use and when you use it!!! Now if I lived in Ottawa I am sure I would redefine my backyard ;) I once booked into a hotel on a "trip outside the backyard" only to discover that there was a sundy school teacher conferance in the same hotel and 10 to 15 ppl form the "yard" were there also LOL had to a bit more carefull but still had fun Loki318

In my experiance many time detailed plans made too far in advance often do not go exactly the way planned! I dont know why this is but I have better luck with shorter time frames 2 weeks or less. Even my plans change occasionally if made that far in advance! I understand that you wanted to see this special lady above all others and this was the time that you had so you wanted to "nail it down" ... I have been there too :) I have found that A little reaserch in to the agency's of the city I am visiting is a good backup ...rather than getting "rained out" and you cant really have 2 Indie's on the string ;) On 2nd thought that could be a plan :) that way if they both show it could be an awsome duo ... I have a company Cell phone that hardly ever rings LOL Only one SP/Friend has that # I have a personal/company Blackberry that almost never stops ringing.... Evenings and weekends the BB is almost always on silent mode, unless I forget ... There is only one SP/Friend that has my pvt #'s and she knows that if I answer and start talking about Hyd Cylinders that I will call back the next day :) Have had a couple of close "calls" before going to silent mode at home ...silent BB is working good for me right now. I have to agree with Antlerman! We have had separate bank accounts almost since day one also we have almost always both worked and the odd time one has been out of work the other takes over .. We split the expences like I pay phone and groc, she pays Elec and more Groc slpit the mort. etc etc I have also been fornuate to have a "extra Revenue streem" partime income for most of my life ... First Thanks All for the great response !! so far ;) Actually in one way I am surprised that there are as many in the higher scales yet then not LOL I'll explane The mean is right about where I expectrd it to be for this comunity (board), IMHO the members here are well established and comfortable in the hobby and the majority of the ladies here are a notch or two above the general population. I think if this same poll were done in a wider sample the mean would be a couple on notches lower. This is in no way a bad thing :) actually its a good thing; it means that we are a bunch of well healed comfortable guys hobbying with some of the classiest ladies in the business !!! Loki318
