Sounds like a rule is already made up. Why would a poll make an uproar and have a negative effect? -

Perhaps a wrong choice of words "long winded thread" that should never stop you or anyone else for that matter discussing, posting or debating on this issue,so please continue on with your valid points that you have to offer Chanel. I normally like to see things come to a very quick resolution may it be at work or here. That said, as I stated earlier "the ball is the ladies court" as they are of course your photo's. -

LOL round and around we go! Chanel! I have a hard time digesting that ladies feel that they are being rated in these threads. But I do concur that if the title needs to be changed in the Best Of threads so be it. If ladies wish to seek permission to use their photo's so be it as well. -

you are very correct in stating that the pictures are property of the ladies. If this is such an issue with some of you ladies, I would think you collectively as a group of ladies should take a vote on this subject,if you feel that it is subjective, and uncomfortable of posting your pictures. Quick question though, will it be next that we should not comment on a photo of the ladies as well, or on their profile page? I like to mention when the photo albums started to appear on here, well before some people's time on here there was no boundary or rules stated about re-posting the photo of a lady. I have posted photo's of ladies in a rec thread (I have done that to give the realistic view of the lady that I met for other gentlemen) I always thought that itself is/was a bonus and a great marketing tool for a lady. Years back we had the Sunshine girl posts, and that dropped off to way side for the actual women that we admirer here on this board. May we fantasize, dream or whatever it always been done in very good taste IMHO. I would say the ball is in the ladies court, if the issue is that your property(photo) cannot be re-posted without consent. -
I'm not going to comment, but I knew this topic was brought once before. Here is the thread link started in 2009...basically asking the same type question and some answers to it. http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=19684

Just to chime in, for a second. I think, no make that... I know I look at just about every new album posted here by a lady. I do comment on their photo's regardless of what body part may be shown to all. I also enjoy all types of women who do post their albums and I thoroughly enjoy their tasteful photo's. Normally I get a profile note saying thank-you,or in fact private pm's that basically sets up a line of communication, and then perhaps a date. I don't believe there is any harm, any devaluing of any woman here on this board,on the contrary it is really endorsing lovely women without any prejudice or dehumanizing a lady. Those that wish to continually post,I see nothing wrong with it.I don't think the women that are posted in these threads feel that way as well. Some have had commented in the threads, and also posted photo's themselves of other ladies. -

Here is a copied a pasted article from the Ottawa Citizen dated October 1st 2010, I found the article very interesting and thought I would post. No one wants their children to grow up to be sex workers. By Steve Sullivan, Citizen Special October 1, 2010 A man called into a local radio talk show the other day to discuss the Ontario Superior Court ruling striking down key prostitution laws, and asked, "Does anyone want their daughter to be a prostitute?" My answer was an immediate "no." Later, I reflected on his question when I read that Ottawa has marked the 20th anniversary of the murder of Melinda Sheppitt. I then recalled some of the families of the women murdered by Robert Pickton that I have met and spoken to. I decided I wanted to change my answer to "No, but if she was, I would still love her and I would want her to be safe." That was the point the court was making. No one wants their daughters or sons to be in the sex trade but someone's kid is on the streets of this and other cities. The government's decision to appeal the ruling was not surprising. It means they do not have to make the really hard decisions about some really difficult questions. And they are difficult, regardless of your political stripes. The court's decision, while controversial, should force us to deal with this issue because even if the Supreme Court reverses the decision, the status quo is not acceptable. The sex trade is dangerous. Many sex trade workers are victims before entering the sex trade and are repeatedly victimized while working in the sex trade. Sexual assaults against sex trade workers are not uncommon and are generally more violent and more likely to involve a weapon. More sex trade workers are killed every year on average than police officers. The court found the current law puts sex trade workers at risk by forcing them to make quick decisions about whose car they will get into and making them go with clients to dark alleys and remote places. In comparison, the court heard evidence prostitutes who work indoors (i.e. escort services) are safer and better protected. Street prostitution represents five to 20 per cent of the sex trade, yet it represents the overwhelming bulk of law enforcement activity. Neither side has all the answers but no one can argue the fact that sex trade workers are being murdered, being raped and beaten in part because of the law. Regulation is not a panacea. Not all men are going to want to go to a government regulated bawdy house and not all workers will pass health tests. And it does not deal with the more serious problem of the prostitution of children. Those who favour the status quo have to explain what else they are going to do to protect these people. Whatever we decide is not going to be perfect, but doing nothing is worse. Entrenched ideologies on both sides will not help. The court heard from women who said they made a conscious and informed decision to enter the sex trade, and as difficult as that is for me to understand, who am I to judge? But regardless of how the individual comes to be in the sex trade, the law should not put them in danger. I struggle with this issue and I want my elected officials to struggle with it too. There have been two parliamentary committees that have looked at these issues and they made some important recommendations that deserve real debate but they have been ignored. The court ruling provides a forum to have an honest and open discussion. I think there is some common ground we can begin this discussion on: We do not want to increase the exploitation and trafficking of vulnerable victims; we do not want to protect or help those who prey on the vulnerable; we want to prevent young people from entering the sex trade; we want to protect those involved in the sex trade regardless of how they got there; and we want to give those involved a way out. And above all, we want them to be safe because they are our sons and daughters. Fortunately, Canada has champions who don't wait for politicians. Honouring the Spirit of Our Little Sisters is a safe house in Winnipeg for aboriginal girls who are at risk of sexual exploitation (but they only have six beds). The Toronto Police Service has created a Special Victims Unit that focuses on violence against sex trade workers. Peel Regional Police launched a program designed to help sex trafficking victims escape their exploiters for good. Answering these questions will not be easy and the solutions will not be perfect but the current approach is not working. Burying our collective heads in the sand until the Supreme Court rules is irresponsible. How many young women and men will die while we sit and wait? Steve Sullivan has been an advocate for victims of crime for almost two decades and has testified before numerous parliamentary and Senate committees. Most recently, he was Canada's first ever federal ombudsman for victims of crime.

So yesterday, I had an appointment with Cleo. She was so excited, to show me her new place, so I was very happy for her and told her I was going to pick up a couple of house warming gifts. Fast forward to the appointment, she is hugging me and kissing myself, and I give her the bag of gifts for her new place. Her place is without a doubt 10/10 for location, view, trendy, decorative, nice, classy OK yes I love the her place! She opens her gifts, jumping up and down being very happy, while she is doing this, I of course never being shy,am stripping and she is walking around with short shorts and a tight fitting t-shirt:D So we kiss and again, and she says I have a surprise for you with a smirky evil grin ! She opens the close bedroom door, and there on the bed was SARA! Cleo tells me it is my gift to you! wow what a true friend, a another duo with 2 great lovely ladies that are without a doubt AND will be the hottest duo in Ottawa.;) Needless to say it did not take long for us to get acquainted once again, and we had such a blast exploring each other from head to toe, with some giggles, laughter and a very hard long :bjs: to completely drain me and actually made me quiver and shake. Thanks Cleo and Sara you 2 rock!

Sp has the same name as your sister
PistolPete replied to swissmade's topic in Ottawa Discussion - Escorts
Personally I would also think that is too weird, your example about having a twin sister with same name as the provider would be unsettling. It is no different then for me if the SP had the same name as my daughter. I have yet! to be with a provider that has the same name as my daughter. So yes I agree with you. I would ask her to be able to call her another name, but just knowing that she goes by that name would give me the heebie jeebie's. -
Those breasts are huge:boobeyes:, BUT my oh my wouldn't they be pure joy to play with:) poor lady will have back issues when she gets older:rolleyes:

Challenging the Myths About Clients
PistolPete replied to a topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I know that I'm not pathetic or a loser but I'm enjoying my sexual drive and variety at the youthful age of 50. I honestly do not think we will ever change misconceptions it does not matter if it is in this subject or other subjects of world news today. I do not want to sound negative, but the public has for a great many years think that the oldest profession-prostitution is taboo, and it is like the 3 monkeys for the public- See no evil, speak no evil, hear no evil. Where as I have been to Netherlands a couple of times, and the oldest profession is welcomed, fostered by the public because it has been educated, run accordingly and most of all keeping the women safe and off the streets. Public perception may or not change regardless of how this all might turn out, if the public does it will likely be years down the road. I don't know if rally's or surveys will turn the tide,it is something that is very "new" to Canadian's if this law changes. Niki's point was also very valid, on other Boards throughout Canada the people in charge need their heads slapped for allowing slanderous, put downs, stereotyping women that are in the profession. So the myths need to change, will that happen? I will wait and see with all the rest of us,but also doing my part what ever is required. -
