Would be nice if we could some dialogue going here in this group. I know a picture can worth a thousand words (perhaps sometimes) But it would be cool if we can throw out some conversation as to why men are so attracted to spinners. Or the ladies input if they are okay with the definition of a spinner-literally spin her around. Myself being 6'4'', 215lbs, I enjoy the fact of being able to pick up a lady, and make out while standing up and she has her legs wrapped around my waist(I like it up against a wall)8). All mature adults here, and we were simply giving you sound advise. Your decision is great! You get to do a lot of sight seeing down town, and that is what it is about, YOU. NOT about someone that works down town and can walk over to visit you for convience. Your reason and explanation is genuine Bobbi, it is about you who is spending the funds for the room. I don't think you have not ruffled any feathers or swayed anyone in making their decision where you would be staying, if the man is willing,able he will visit you you. So "good choice " was made by you, and there was never any regret in the 1st place, but merely thorough discussion to help you out. Thanks canuckhooker, I don't think it is the Days Inn, as I don't believe they have suites with a jacuzzi, but I could be wrong. You are correct in flipping a coin by either area.By the airport everything would need to be by cab, such as dining, shopping etc. The vast construction of new malls, restaurants, in each end of the city gives everyone a lot of choices. I thought I read a while back that Ottawa has the most restaurants to population size. Lastly here is another great dining restaurant tucked in the south end as well. I'm sure the walking is great, for yourself and other gents that work in the downtown core, it makes it easier for yourselves. My opinion is that, gentlemen that wish to visit a touring provider will go where ever they are staying, and the fact is Ottawa is such an easy city to commute to and from. We like to have our own preference of visiting Hotels but it is lastly up to the provider. I never think that location is a stumbling block for myself while visiting a lady in town.
