The grading system on the rec system.....gives the SP/MA some points based on their total recommendation... example- 80-85%- automatic delivers the SP/MA- 10 points example- 85-90%- automatic delivers the SP/MA -15 points example- 90-95%- automatic delivers the SP/MA- 20 points Just throwing it out there.
