Eclipsed my time of walking 10 k this morning, average pace per kilometre was 8 minutes and 49 seconds today. Not bad for an old guy ;) Now looking at doing a half marathon coming up.

One fantastic day spent with a fine beautiful young lady, drove to the South East townships of Quebec, she was my chauffeur and we had a splendid day,visited some wineries, cafés, pubs,other venues and driving the country side roads. Nice to be home now in bed, long day,but a fabulous day.

Numerous times over past years to the USA and have travelled to Belgium,Netherlands and Germany I have to say women regardless what country they are in, they are all just as "hot" as Canadian women. I think perhaps HonestPete you might be reflecting your outlook simply from this open board,advertising, albums etc etc, I could be wrong, but perhaps that us what you are seeing. I don't belong to any USA boards so I can't comment on how advertising are in your country , but seeing some ladies in your country, and visiting their web sites, having a sleep over with a couple of women from your country, I would say, it's in the eye of the beholder.

After being outside all day, hot sweaty and dirty....all I gotta say "yes please" :) you ladies rock!!!

Avoids any issues already mentioned here, I've travelled to Kentucky, Georgia,Florida,South Carolina,DC, and ladies there had either choice for me to take, credit or cash, so it was always cash for me and in fact they were pleased it was cash.

If Wednesday's game 7 is anything like game 6 last night (BTW one of the best playoff games I've seen in a long time, Hab's were motoring, and Boston could not buy a goal) It should be ONE dandy game, whoever may win.

Love a lady with a green thumb :) Pushed the limit today, walked 15k was a little chilly this morning, but got it done, last week in 6 days completed 42k walked " it doesn't get easier you get stronger" ....love being outside ;)

The weather outside, a great highlight...especially working outside since 730am this morning, where you can soak up sun, and ignore silly ass immature issues.
