You are so correct Dreamgirl, that is why I stated in my thread earlier, it is about the safety of the SP 1st and foremost. Therefore you and other SP's can be very picky, because you have another life outside this community. If a lady has reasons for her way of a screening process..so be it. (I'm just flattered that Dreamgirl and I have shared very intimate information and feelings for one another,so I did go through her screening process)

This entire thread has been a wealth of information. That being said..your points below are exactly how a newly SP getting into the business should conduct,interview process,reference process, prior to getting into the business. If she so desires, to get feedback on hobbiest, there is other SP's that could help her out through communication of email,pm here...but than again the SP competition factor weighs in, so I worry about that playing any part of the process. If she so desires to un-settled her nerves, she may have every right to ask for a picture prior to seeing clients. We all have a large circle of friends outside this community, so her points on not wanting to run into possible well known associates can eleminate those hobbiest. Which is fair ball. I still think if you are able to give out your phone number (trust factor), have a brief discussion, give a little information it could work out. But the last word is always in the hands of the SP for her safety, thus asking for further detail information is her right...for her safety. As far as the on site camera, hardly fair if you book and than are left standing there looking like a doofus, cause she won't let you in. I also find that through emails in the past 2.5 years of really getting into hobbying myself, giving a detail discription of yourself really helps. I've done it on many occasions, and was allowed in through the door after being veiwed through the peep hole. Giving out inaccurate information leads to a sham,and you could be shit out of luck. Be yourself act accordingly, give detailed info, and it should unsettle the ladies nerves..I hope.:idea:

I was hoping to get feed back from a Agency on this topic, but everyone is welcome to comment. So I will start with my own experience, that can be attested by another CERB member. I had a booking with an Agency to see a touring SP. On October 1st... I was sent a email through my hotmail account stating, your appointment on October _ at _ _ _ _ is confirmed, we'll contact you for location. So the evening prior to my scheduled appointment I have nothing in my hotmail email, nothing here on CERB in my pm box, nothing on my cell phone(which I was kind enough to give out to follow appointment bookings). The day of, I check 3 hours to appointment time, same thing nothing, again 2 hours,1 hour, then of course the time of the appointment, still nothing! From a simple point of view!!! could there not of been some common courtesy to simply email me/phone call me/send a message here on CERB, or even an announcement " Hey there unfortunately there was not enough bookings therefore she has decided not to come to Ottawa" But to leave a client hanging... just is not good for business. I did not mention the agency, this is not a pissing match, but a answer would be really nice for me ever to use your bookings again. Signed pissed off Pete in Ottawa BTW...I could of seen someone else if I was not left hanging for the entire morning.My time is also valuable to me.
