I still don't understand why guys say things like ....... "I don't put a huge amount of stock into reco's" "I don't bother reading them, I will do my own homework" "I don't use or rely on reco's on this board if I want to see a lady" Now this is not a pissing contest gents, I took some of these comments and simply I am shedding light on this very subject from my point of view. My understanding is that...... We are members on a "RECOMMENDATION BOARD" where the entire process,purpose of the board is to "RECOMMEND" providers to others so they may look them up, chat to them, get a personal feel for the lady. I keep reading comments like above and then wonder, why are we here then for? Play some the game threads? To join social groups? YES YES I understand that in a recommendation written about a lady it is about...... "CHEMISTRY" "YMMV" "PERSONAL TASTE" But seriously when I see a comment like "I don't read the rec's" then why bother being here? Maybe I'm naive, or have put countless rec's within this board and get a little pissed off when I see this type of comment, THEN I get guys asking about lady a) AND lady b) that I have written a rec about. Seriously? SOME DAYS I ASK MYSELF WTF? why did he pm myself asking about two ladys the rec's are right there. THIS is where we are to recommend that you had a great time with A lady OR TWO :), so share your thoughts with others, it is good for her, good for her business, it is flattering to her, could be flattering to YOU as well when she might use your recommendation on her web site!!! When I see this being said, it is one of the reasons why I wonder some are here on the board, other than seeking ladies through advertising and having that opportunity to chat through pm's. Let's say, not ONE LADY IS recommended anymore, AND ALL OF those threads were REMOVED, just how much more searching would some gentleman have to do to find out about a lady? For myself, ya you're dam right I read recommendations, because it interests me, that is why I am here, AREN'T YOU HERE FOR THE SAME THING? I use to write graphic novels in a rec, guess over time and my age, I have refrained from that and write a quick note, in a way thanking the ladies for their time, for those that don't, perhaps it is time you do? I have so much to say about this subject, but it is late and tomorrow is hump day :) I will take time to reflect on what I would like to say about recommendations, and will post at later time.

Lemon Meringue pie, Rhubarb Pie, Devil's Chocolate cake, wait for it.... yes....... Cherry Cheese Cake,and any other Cheese Cake's love them! Oh yes another huge peanut butter fan, take a piece of rich chocolate and dip it right in the peanut butter (is it true peanut makes you horny?...LOL :) ) right now I'm really liking "Frangelico" as after dinner drink :)

A few "INVITE ONLY" social groups on the board, I can attest there is not the slightest comment (reviews) about any providers within those invite only groups. I do not frequent them a lot, but when I do, they are more written experiences (no names attached)and many photo's from outside the board. Also quite certain that within these groups the providers would quickly let the Moderator know if that was taking place. The groups are well structured by those that have initiated the groups, and everyone within abides by the rules and policy within this board.

Nathalie nailed this with her thoughts on the subject. I would like to add....my nickel "respecting boundaries is paramount importance for the SP/MA-Client relationship to actually continue on with a friendship within the business relationship. If those boundaries cannot be followed, then the friendship should dissolve itself without any issues from both involved"

@Samantha and Bianca, My take on this possibility, and don't get me wrong I'm not trying to be negative about it... Here is why a possible guy's section may not fly,if we look at status of a member current standards. a) He joins in August 2013 by November 2013 he could conceivably have a granted status by merely posting posts in i.e. "Song threads" "Best Bums" "Fine Lingerie" you get my understanding now where he could give really nothing back within the community/rec's other general discussions and a Sp would know very little about him. The posting can be easily done, as we see it week to week. b) There is already A LOT of long time members that have been lurking, and now knowing that there might be another area for men to review, could lead as what Samantha stated above, a lady being pressured into something she does not want to do,by pressure tactics. A lady that may have 1-2 rec's here is not exactly the end of the world for her, as Bianca stated some of her clients simply don't post on Cerb, in fact I know a couple of ladies that advertise on EC and have lots of clients, and they don't belong to Cerb. I lurk on another "erb" board but don't even post on there,I'm also a member on TER and I think I have only 2 reviews on that board, and both were high regards to the 2 ladies. I simply haven't been there for a while,("erb" ) and I said it before, some speak much differently on here as they do other there. You will always get 2 different POINTS OF VIEW I think if there was to be 2 separate identities in the men's section and the rec section what may be posted. Again I'm not being negative of the possibility but merely giving my opinion. Additional Comments: ANOTHER QUICK POINT OF VIEW When it comes to B&S scammers and rip off artists, I really think this board can use a system as we do now, i.e.- each city section ..... BUT seriously the man that has this sort of crap captured today, is no other than Cowboy Kenny, his site is probably the best tool for those that use other advertising sites for seeking providers. I think if there was a way that this board incorporated his smarts, it would certainly help those that need it. Than again he is very successful on his own with his banners etc etc. KUDO'S to CK

@xXxAxXx ........Re-Jobs future AND Years back, I hired a lady that told me in our interview process she was a former "entertainer" and was out of the business but also had some office experience, (my thought back then,she was a dancer). I hired her as she was very professional about it, up front and no BS. Again that was probably 18-20 years ago. I never had any day to day dealings with her, but her co-workers and Supervisor said she was a great employee. Later I found out she was not a dancer but a service provider, and she wasn't shy to let others know, as she needed the job to raise her 2 kids. I think people need to take the binders off for a second, and look at the individual who you are hiring or in fact if you are hiring a contractor, a) Your gut feeling about their personality and determination b) what skills they have to offer c) experience how their past experience will assist you d) how can they be a valuable asset to you or your business. The other issue about tattoo's is that in the workplace today is changing dramatically over from the past years . It used to be taboo to hire, or the individual show any type of ink, but I find that society is accepting it more and more in the workplace. I know every time I'm in the bank, there is tellers with some ink shown, or in restaurants, your own personal trainer etc etc etc etc I'm sure we all see it today. I think we have come a long way for acceptance of tattoo's and even some piercings in the workplace. I hope that in years to come as well, it will be NOT something it was years ago discriminated against. As for ladies blurring their face, to each their own and what ever they feel comfortable with.

So why a subscription to a board to get involved in with negative reviews, when you just sign up for free on other "erb" boards ? and than read the negative reviews there? I see no real advantage, I just don't see it getting off the ground. If it is a security/screening method for ladies, well that already happens in the SP section, furthermore ladies should/(some already do have) a screening process, it is for their own protection. I've been a long time member on here and have posted many rec's about my time with SP's or Ma's,probably about 16-17 pages unlike some here that do not give back info here at all and have been long time members. I think the lurkers get a full advantage from us that share our experiences,but it happens on most boards. As to the numbering system mentioned above, we had that at one time, it is now gone except for 2 items-location/atmosphere. For myself, posting a rec it was a way of thanking the ladies, and giving back to the gentlemen that share their times as well. If I did not enjoy myself with the lady I simply say nothing at all, lately I am behind in posting some recommendations here, and almost feel at times simply to stop writing. Here is why... I get questioned so much lately about "who to see" "what's your thoughts on lady a) or lady b) and who would you pick" But yet when I look at their profile, and to be quite blunt "They give fuck all back to this board" and I feel that you know what, why don't you spend your cash, as I work hard for mine. A good friend (lady) also agrees with myself that these guys get the advantage from others. Getting off track...But do you think these guys that already lurk get free info, would sign up for a subscription to write a bad review, when they hardly participate here now? Rather than having a subscription I often wonder, how are the guys that don't want to TOFTT when prolific posters stop posting recommendations here? I have found since 2007 there was a wealth of good reporting/recommendations and business was great, now I find that there is more lurkers than ever, and of course those that might only see 1-5 ladies a year and really post nothing still lurk. I have my paid P411 membership for another year used by Canadian ladies and ladies from USA now I have mentioned this about 3 times before, and I will say it again, for protection/screening for women this site has got some great information for ladies. Therefore if there was a subscribed area here, on this board, I don't think I would participate in it, I would be duplicating what I already started with another site (P411) BTW I'm not here promoting another site simply stating a fact ;)

Let's be honest, when the gent walks in the door, it is a hello sometimes the first name is used at the door when I arrive, I always will ensure her first name is used too. Throughout the duration of the session however, there are many other words used, that describe the pure delight, and again seldom is Pete is used, it is other choice words like "harder" or "F**k me", "OMFG " and then we lay in each others arms she will say that was awesome Pete".... and when I leave she always says "Thanks Pete" Now in text messages or pm's yes I have been called "handsome" "beautiful man" "sweetie" and I will use some of those terms back to her. But I can honestly say terms are used by myself in a polite way, when I leave I will say "that was beautiful sweetheart will have to do it again real soon" I know some ladies don't like the "babe" term so I try to avoid it.

Not a highlight of the "day" But my week was entirely satisfying, work was great I got to spend a 3 hour session with a lovely lady on hump day, and last night attended the CMJ Luau Party, and met some beautiful women. A highlighted week ! :)

I had the pleasure of being at other CMJ parties, but last night was my first in a while, and I was glad I dropped in. The ladies looked stunningly sexy in their grass skirts, or some were just wearing bikini's:) Not only are the ladies so gorgeous, after watching some perfomances last night the ladies are very talented as well. Sephora belted out a tune for us, and what a voice she has, and not to mention a great body as I got to meet her and chat with her. Lilith gave us magic tricks, playing with cards, banana's and a gents 20 dollar bill. :) Lastly my evening started out with a couple of pops, and the music came on (One of my very favorite songs) "You can leave your hat on" by Joe Cocker, and on stage performing a great strip tease was Britanny. She is one great performer,and knows how to use the dance pole. Britanny and Holly decided to give us another show..a sensual sexy duo! It was simply delicious! So much so, I had to ask Britanny for 2 lap dances. ;) I got to meet a lot of the staff from West location and the East and some ladies I've already met. It was a pleasure to meet, Mandy,Audrey,Cassie,Lilith,Justine,Holly,Courtney,Kiki,Sephora Nadja,Molly and of course not forgetting the very hard working Vicki last night who was without doubt, very busy with bookings during the party and some with assistance. I spend 3 hours there last night, no intimate times with any ladies, just a meet and greet for me, and I was certainly happy to meet quite a few of the stunning ladies of CMJ.
