What a debate. I wonder if Kubricfan expected that many responses when he started the thread. I remember the days wher I did not have a computer and was in another part of the country where looking for SPs online was not the thing. Paper, certainly no pics of SPs there. Asking for one also wasn't being done. You called, asked for a description, built a picture in your mind and then got to see if that pic was right when you got there. Some times, it was close other times the SP was not what I had imagined. That made me feel somewhat unconfortable as it kind of broke the magic. To me, anything I can do to make an SP feel more confortable with me, I will, even if that means sending her a pic ,as long as she is also willing to send me one. I have sent pics to SPs/MPs beforer even without being asked for. Mind you these were well recommended CERB members. The way I look at this, has nothing to do with money and me paying for her services. Actually to me I would say it is a little selfish in that I believe if I make the SP feel more confortable ahead of the appointment, I will get a top notch service. If both of us are confortable from the start we can probably build some chemistry and both have a good time. As for the fact that we are paying for services again opinion differs. For me, I pay the goverment big money every year to pay for services. And many departments, where I show up to get the services I paid for, keep asking for pics. Some times I even have to pay, as they are picky about sizes, and send them through the mail. I never had an SP being that picky about what size picture she wants. So if she ask me for one, I will galdly send it and may even throw a second one as a bonus.

One would hope that at least they imported the talent this lady shows in the free trailer movie. BBBJ sure looks great.

I llok at it the same way as dummpy wrote. GFE/PSE are style of services not type. In both cases YMMV as to what type of services you will get. I know many have their own definition and expectations of what constitute GFE or PSE. But in the end when you make an appointment with an SP that has been recommended as either GFE or PSE and your interpretation is different then what dummpy wrote, you shoud discuss it with the lady. You will then avoid dissapointment.

I jsut caught up with all the posts on this thread and I am fuming with some of the comments I have read. Before I let it out, Kubricfan, this is nothing agains you for starting this thread. You had a concern, wanted to know other members opinion so you started a thread and asked. That is also what CERB is here for not only for the recommendations or juicy reviews. What has got be fuming is some of what IMHO I would almost called hypocrite comments. I hope those that wrote them reflect back on them and think how innapropriate they were. Hopefully. amybe their fingers got in geared before their brains when they wrote the comments as usually their post are most interesting. I am certainly guilty of having done that a few times myself. That being said I am not going to point fingers but will use part of the comments that were made on this thread to get my point accross. While I thought dummpy was very diplomatic in his comments, I some times think a more direct approach is warranted. Many of us are commenting how great CK is for finding all the great B&S ads on CL and how bad it is for the industry. Yet someone mentioned in his post to do a reverse B&S on the SP. Yes don't do it to me but I will do it to others. Another one is: if she don't like what you look like she don't have to let you in. There is actually a post right now form a memeber saying how dissapointed he was to show up at an sp's place and she was not there and this is not the first post i read about this. I hope the member will not start a thread if he ever shows up at an Sps place and she doesn't let them in. After all he suggested this was appropriate. Finally the last thing I am going to comment on is with regards to thinking the SP might use the pic as blackmail. Again I would hope these people are willing to see SPs without seeing their pics. After all the risk of balckmail gose both ways. As mentioned by dummpy your pic might already be on the internet from popular sights. secondly I am not a computer expert but I know enought that I would be able to download an SP's picture to my PC picture folder and post it anywhere I wanted to. So all those lovely SPs who havve posted an album here are putting great trust in us for not balckmailing them and yet we think they would do this to us. It's good for them but not for us???? Wow, feeling better already. I needed to let this out. No offence to anyone and I respect personal choices. But at least lets make sure we are being fair and not come up with inapropriate statements. Now I do have an opinion on this and will post it later.

That Grand Prix was actually in Richelieu not St-Jean. It got busted. However there is another one smaller (Not sure the name) just on the next street corner from the Grand prix. There is also around 2 km down the highway, hidden in a small side street, a placed called Gentlemens club. Great choice of ladies. If anyone is heads that way and is interested in visiting just PM and I will give directions. Personnally, I see nothing wrong with a little courtesy towards the SPs and Mps. I like to repeat with the ladies I meet and showing some concern for the ladies feelings sure helps in having good chemistry. I would like to remind everyone that one of the most popular and respected SP here in Ottawa, did not want her clients to provide glory details about the encounters with her. She is actually in the recommendation section and if you read every post about her you will find that even the most respected Ottawa Hobbyist who sure know how to write very descriptive reviews have not done so with her. That is showing respect and IMHO doesn't go in line with making arbitrary decisions.

You should provide more details as what you expect. Different place different service, different rates. Your post is too vague. Can you imagine asking for a place to get a car repair between downtown and Westboro? Then people would ask you what for: bodywork, transmission, electrical etc.. Most sps who are member here don't mind the reviews actually the term recommendations is more appropriate, because they know CERB has a no negative review policy. There is also a DNR section where SPs/MPS/agencies who do not want to be reviewed can say so and mod will remove any post on them. That being said SPs have different taste when it comes to recommendations as much as not all hobbyist like to go into great details. I know some SPs who adore reading juicy details about themselves. Some don't because of the YMMV. Remeber that when all the deatils are written up the next client will kind of expect the same but chemistry might not be there. Also we are all different moods are different. Can you imagin ethe routine being always the same when you have sex. So you can't expect an SP to always have the same routine with every clients. Personnaly I prefer to ask the SP if she does want a review. If she does, she will tell you then if she has any restrictions. Sometimes I forget to ask before leaving, in those cases I usually send a PM or an e-mail and ask. As Emmaalexandra mentioned a nice recommendation is good for the SPs. It is free advertising.

It is very true, the americans do think the world does revolve around them. Because of this attitude they are not well liked in Europe. I onced sat at a bar with a friend in Brussels. After a while we noticed the server was purpously avoiding us. When we finally kind of grabbed him we asked why he would not serve us. He said well you are americans. We said no we are canadians. He then says well that is the same. So we told him then you are the same as frenchmen. Belginas and France people hate each other. He got our poinrt and we got good service after. That is one of many things I witness about the americans in Europe.

Again we are back to agencies giving a bad name and the ladies are loosing. Wish the ladies would do their homework when they choose an agency. There are some who at least are very polite when dealing with customers during the booking process. Sounds like this lady needs to make some business decisions.
