I think I've experimented with all of the above. When I was younger, and more flexible, I used to be able to take myself in my mouth. Over the years, I've met a few girls that wanted to see a guy shoot into his own mouth, so on several occasions I've done it at a lady's request. Personally, I don't think location is that big of a deal. A find a lower end location just reminiscent of my university days. I think if someone's having trouble making ends meet, or just starting out than you can only expect so much of the surroundings. I imagine that for the most part, this would also be reflected in the price. Generally, I think its more about the company than the place, although I think a high price should come with the expectation of higher end surroundings.
