Sonoma, I'm no expert but I do believe what you seek exists in Ottawa, you just have to find it. As others have said, it involves a lot of trust. It's hard to trust anyone on here, let alone a new user like yourself with only 8 posts and no 'friends'. A good starting point might be to get involved in this community, meet some people, meet some SP's, make some friends and contribute.....then and only then will an SP from here, the type you're seeking, learn to trust you and open up about what they're willing to do and not willing to do.
