It's hard for me to articulate what others have already said so well... but I just had a great appt that met all those requirements aforementioned and I have to say when that happens.. it's not work! Absolutely concur.. it puts me off as well when someone asks for a list of acts.. however.. Surely 2 officers must have learned to properly restrain an individual who is resisting arrest never mind 5! Often a person who is resisting arrest is not in their right mind. They need more lessons on dealing with the mentally unstable. Kicking them is not a way to restrain them.. it's payback. Someone in a position of power with a gun and handcuffs as well as presumably not being mentally insane or drunk a the time should be the one with the tools to deal with the situation. My sister who is bipolar and was off her meds was thrown in jail instead of the hospital when she ''talked back'' to an officer. However on many other situation the police were extremely helpful to me with her in the past. It only takes one or two bad apples to spoil it for the rest of them.

I think it's because of the economy! Bartering has always been something offered by clients when they can't afford the hobby.. and usually it's met with distaste on the other end of the line... especially because what's offered usually isn't equivalent in value to the rate of the sp's or the item offered isn't of value whatsoever to the sp. I don't drink pop at all.... Can't remember the last time I actually drank a soda as I avoid the food coloring, high fructose corn syrup, aspertame and acesulfame potassium in sodas. I have to disagree. People openly admonish friends for smoking nowadays but it used to be a no-no to comment on it.. I predict it will be a few years before we are admonishing openly our friends for drinking sodas when more of the truth comes out.
