Thankfully there were no fireworks.. the management was very helpful and discrete. In general they liked us a group. Some people have come forward to expose the individuals responsible for tarnishing it for the rest of us.. so I am feeling confident we can try again at a new venue with those individuals responsible banned from future parties we organize.. so long as the rest of us are somewhat vigilant in keeping that responsibility up :)

Thankfully many other fruity concoctions were had.. so no more apples.. bananas only!

I hate to be a party pooper.. but I'm re-thinking attending the next social. It has come to light from management today that several ladies were talking inappropriately about our line of work in the washrooms as well as outdoor where other patrons could view/hear as well as engaging in other inappropriate activities. Unfortunately we are no longer welcome at this location as a result. I had such a good time at the party and am often oblivious and naive about such activities.. takes a few individuals to spoil it for everyone. Since I don't know who the parties were that ruined it.. it makes it difficult to weed them out for future events.

just a thought.. but perhaps the sp(s) in question was/were referring to meeting the hobbiest(s) at the recent social? I haven't participated in the chat room.. but I'm guilty of doing this on both the gents and ladies walls as of this past week.. but with the caveat that I mention great meeting you at the social!

What you are suggesting is called a ''white list''.. a shortcut basically to not really having to get a reference from another sp if this is required. This is done on other boards and was discussed here but vetoed for a variety of reasons. The other suggestion of adding someone to your friends list doesn't work because not all girls use the same method.. I for instance will add anyone to my list who asks. That method only works if all girls employ the same method.

Yup.. best to check the provider announcements on here or go directly to the websites of each girl. They will usually make it clear which category they fall into.. then keep a ''short list'' of girls you would like to see and call rather than email for a same day appt. Not all ladies have email forwarded to their phones.

I have had one favorite client of mine always retort when I'd tell him it was that time of the month.. ''well your mouth isn't bleeding is it?"... lol.. we'd always both laugh. Not squeamish at all.. but I do know many guys who are and that's fine. I do prefer to just take a couple days off. Thankfully that's all I need.. but other ladies need 7 or more days! FYI.. taking the bcp (birth control pill) to stop your periods is not healthy for your body. Contrary to popular opinion.. the bcp is very harmful in general. The longer you take it the longer the damage. The sheets that come with it to inform you of the risks are pretty clear.. but in very very fine print.

It is extremely unhealthy. You're absolutely right to be concerned. Especially the encouragement from some make up artists to put the eye liner inside the lashes. Any makeup is somewhat absorbed through your skin and a delivery system for toxic material but on your mucus membranes it's even worse for you.

I don't agree that wearing makeup as a kid necessarily sexualizes them (except for the kiddie pageants which are bizarre to say the least). I played with makeup at home only.. not to wear out. I also had an easy bake oven and didn't become Martha Stewart. I played with lego and didn't become a contractor. I played with trucks.. dolls and tons of games. None of which made me sexualized toward one team or another :p For me it was about wanting to play dress up.. wanting to grow up and be older.. but it was a game. Period. In the right context it's fine. My father tried to disuade me from wearing makeup by telling me lipstick was made from ants... didn't work even though I'm sure I believed him for a while. Frankly I didn't care if it was true! I wasn't however allowed to wear it out of the house. I probably would have if I were allowed..and been ridiculed for it in my small town. oh..and probably because I was allowed to play with it at home only I never ended up wearing makeup until I was in my mid 20's! Making something taboo.. only makes it more desirable.

Thank god it's eco-friendly. I too played with makeup but bought my own kits for $1 online when they offered trials. My sister and I would take sheer blue curtain my mom had.. borrow her bra and wig (they were big in the 60's) and fill her bra with oranges. so.. since this makeup is eco friendly I may have to check it out! I buy my very expensive ecofriendly makeups at a health food store. It may be a cheaper alternative for moi!
