Do you also have dry skin or is it only your scalp? Either way I highly recommend taking omega 3 fish oils.. krill oil esp if you can find it. Your skin is actually your largest organ including your scalp. But the suggestion to avoid regular shampoos are good as well.. but I'd suggest using a natural soap as regular soaps also contain toxins. either the health food store, the super store natural section or the bulk barn carry glycerine soaps. Alternatively you can actually use a shampoo made from borax and water believe it or not. you can use citric acid and water (available also at the bulk barn) to rinse your hair. The absolute best way though is to moisturize yourself from the inside.. fish oils are the way to go. Your skin is just expressing in most cases what's going on inside you.

I always found it funny that strippers would refer to themselves as dancers because then if it wasn't obvious from their attire.. I would have to ask.. what kind of dancer? I don't know too many tap, ballet or hiphop dancers but it was always a awkward question left hanging in the air.. and usually the answer was exotic dancer. I felt the same way when stewardess became airline hostess (isn't it something else now anyway? I forget), waitress/waiter became server and when as a secretary I became a personal assistant. Political correctness? not really sure.. I really disliked it when people did away with Miss and referred to me as Ms.. yeuck.. always made me think of my lesbian gym teachers..not that there's anything wrong with that! but why take away my option to remain Miss in questionaires? however on the subject of photos.. even if girls have photos in posters doesn't mean they want them online. Kudos to you! I hope you didn't give her too much money though.. never would I show up to the door in jammies unless requested and I've never yet received that request. I disagree however that any sp can't be good if she's available last minute. I am often available with 30 minutes notice as I'm not a high maintenance girl who needs to curl my hair and add tons of hairspray. A quick 5 minute shower if I haven't already just had one.. and a bit of lipstick and a hot dress and I'm good to go. Several of my colleagues need more notice because they have kids to get sitters for or another parttime job etc etc.. I have no obligations other than my own self determinded outings.

OMG.. that's hilarious..

I specifically got Aerius after all the raves because pseudo ephedra was not listed. Did I miss it? ephedra makes me terribly jumpy and drowsy at the same time.. it's an awful feeling. I did feel a bit drowsy but it turns out it was the advil I was taking doing that.. I'm off of it now. The Aerius did help my eyes out immensely but it took about 24+ hrs before it worked.. and I'm not in need of it now.
