I was arrested back in the early 90's for baudy house. I was given probabation and thankfully a conditional discharge (I think it was called) so that it came off my record 2 yrs or so later. I was investigated due to my own naturopathic drugless practitioners board directing a complaint to the police and not by my neighbours who had no idea I was doing incalls.. being so obviously the 'girl next door innocent looking type'... ha ha. Now.. what's interesting to note is that recently a good friend of mine in Ottawa had police show up at her door because a neighbour made a complaint after her son recognized her from her website. The police told the neighbour basically to mind her own business and that my sp friend had the right to do what she was doing. This is due to the court case involving the swing club in Montreal. This has effectively changed the way the law is treated she said. I will see what I can do to find this online.. unless anyone else knows?
