It is official we have a few of us that have agreed to meet for lunch next Tuesday May 31st. The location is near Preston Street and Carling ave. This is your chance to stop by and meet some of the people involved and ask any questions you may have. Plus it gives the rest of us a chance to catch up with each other and our favorite ladies!!

Over the past 18 months she has chaired and or been a member of many health sub committees. It is my opinion and I could be wrong that she will get more involved in this direction as she starts to make some headway. Yes the human trafficking issue is important, but finding the right mix of legislation to combat it is not.

Well she seems to be very busy with the Health portfolio this time around so I think we can stop the witch hunt. I think last time she let the success of the child pornography legislation get to her head, and we all know how the uninitiated draw a correlation between prostitution and underage pornography and slave trading.

Anyone up for a lunch social next week? The idea is we could gather at a local restaurant for lunch, those of us that know each other can reconnect and anyone curious about the events here in Ottawa can meet some of the participants.

Thursday morning having a little get together with a very sweet popular petite cerb lady, all holes filled and cim :) should take most of the morning 200 a guy. Just to clarify this event is not a Bi or Bi curious event. We have never had one and frankly the idea does not appeal to me. However I know there have to be a few guys out there that might be into it or curious about it. Thought while we were nattering on about popular vote we could have a look at history funny thing is that Pierre Treudeau's majorities hovered around the 38=42% range as well hmmmm. http://www.electionalmanac.com/canada/popularvote.php And if we take the actual voters then 88,5% of Canadians did not vote for the liberals hmmmm again. Its funny how we can twist and wiggle the numbers, at the end of the day it changes nothing the conservatives have a majority vote. My grievance with the system are the disproportionate number of votes some provinces get to others.

Thank the stars, it looks like we will still be in the business of making money and we all know how much we like the paper around here :) As for Quebec, good luck with that. But the french have squandered there energy wealth (yeah they make as much exporting power as Alberta makes exporting oil) on referendums and language policy its no wonder they want a change.

I am planning a get together tomorrow night, at the lounge of a downtown hotel. I have a room in the Hotel and was thinking if some of us get along we could make an after party ;)

I am glad that the issue of clean drinking water is getting some air play, however there is no evidence that the filters that were proposed to be sold are faulty, also until the RCMP says so there is no wrong doing here other than the fact that Carson put his credibility in jeopardy by dating escorts. I too have crossed the line on more than one occasion, however I have always had a plan B in the event that I am outed. Lets stick to the facts, there is no proof that Carson has done anything wrong, that is why the PM called in the RCMP and the solicitor generals office to find out if any laws were broken and what remedies the courts and police should tale if any. OK so I have thought long and hard about the military, can they protect us from a foreign attack? I guess if Ireland or Norway launches a fleet towards us we would not be able to do a whole lot, and if Russians decide to march over the North Pole because they decide that beer is better than Vodka we may have a problem. Our military is there to assist in dire emergencies, when things go completely ugly they step in, if anything we should have a battalion of snow plows stationed close to Toronto in case they get snowed in again! Yes everyone please get out and vote, if you don't know why you should vote and have no idea who to vote for just vote conservative! This election is $300,000,000 there is something like 30,000,000 so my math comes out at $10 a person? Am I missing something here? Now the last federal Election had a 59% voter turn out that is the lowest we have had, in a federal election we have never had less than 50% of the population vote. Is this an unnecessary election? definitely Did any one party cause it? hard to say Was the proposed budget a bad one? No, it was very neutral Did Leannavip bring down the reputation of the conservative government? you be the judge on this one!!
